I think the definition of 4 season is that all systems continue to work including the fresh and waste water not freezing.
To what level? I have used it a sustained teens without issue.
Try put a computer fan at pump area near backdoor. It will help prevent pipe to freeze.

Thanks for sharing. We love White Pass and spent several nights in the RV lot earlier this season. It was not as cold as what you experienced but we had high winds with several lifts shut down. What windshield cover is that? In the past we have spent every weekend skiing from the end of Dec. to early April. Revel on!
From the Sprinter Parts Depot it's listed as the Sprinter Custom Windshield Cover. White Pass is great. The second time we went, I took a small ice fishing tent to store my gears. Less than $150 and super solid in the wind. We live in Port Angeles. Next year, we're going to try to spend at least 5 days at Whistler each month they're open. With 2 water crossing, it's only 2.5 hours of driving.
I thought revels had and diesel coolant heaters for the engine and hot water and a diesel space heater so nothing would be an issue in the cold , so i guess they don't.
It has a diseal heater and hot water. The problem is that the supply lines are not easy to insulate.

Can you provide details/links for the curtains and track you have mounted above the driver and passenger seats? Also, I noticed the yellow bags stored above the driver and passenger seats. Do you have info on those as well?

Question on diesel heater for heat and hot water? Why idle ? For DEF tank , diesel jelling?
To top off the house batteries and make it easier to start .
Were you using anything to prevent your fuel from gelling?
No, I didn't plan on it getting that low. Next time, I should plan in advance to add some.
Hey did you do a video on the mount/bar you have above the dash? I have the storage pocket lids like you so the Novel rig won't work as of yet.

Good video but your title is a little misleading. There's a huge difference between -40F windchill at +5F temperature versus -40F actual temperature. There are overlanders that can withstand -20F temperatures or even lower but the Revel is not one of them.
