As a die hard ranger fan that goal has given me nightmares for years, I see it my sleep. I will say this though even if the rangers won that game the Kings were miles better than them the entire series
My husband has been a King's fan since they came into the league, me.. just since 1989. That goal by Alex, both of us just started bawling. We were screaming so loud, our neighbor called and asked if everything was okay. We were lucky enough to spend 8 hours with the cup in 2014, as one of our very good friends worked for the team as the Video Coordinator.. for 40 years, and had it as his house. We will always be King's fans.. even though we live in Colorado now.
I have to go with Gary Thorne. Glad that my Bolts won it in his final year in the booth (2004). Although I agree that Doc was amazing, his dislike for TB was obvious. I'm not referring to 2015 either, as I knew he was a Hawks guy. 2016 Pens, 2018 Caps, 2020 Isles and Stars, he was always a bit more excited when they scored or won. Now if I were a Hawks fan, he would be the GOAT, but I'm not.

Alec Martinez for sure will always hold that #1 spot.
As a Rangers fan, that goal will haunt me for the rest of my life. People see the Kings won the series 4-1 and think it was a blowout, but it was anything but that. The Rangers lost three games in overtime or double overtime in that series, including the clincher.
So true! As much I wanted ‘Henrique! It’s over!’ to be number one I knew it would be Martinez and rightfully so
That Kane heartbreaker goal against LA was the best. I still remember the camera angle behind the net. Absolutely incredible
Never understood how people thought subban celebrating was disrespectful 😂😂😂😂 dude is showing emotion and not being disrespectful in anyway. Anyone should be happy to celebrate that way
You can’t tell me that Pat Maroon Game 7 2nd round 2019 is not on there
One of the greatest moments of my entire life #1 THE STANLEY CUP!! MARTINEZ!!!!!!!! La Kings for life. 👑👑
Toronto players in the beginning of this video look like they were just happy to be there 😂
Lightning scoring in game 7 against islanders in 2021 post season to take the lead was amazing!
2021 is the problem in that sentence. There are no fans.
@@turbooj129 you’re thinking 2020 bud
As a diehard Penguins fan, Kunitz’s game 7 2OT goal in the 2017 playoffs against the Senators sends chills down my spine every time
I've been on the ice with several top players.
I'm seriously outclassed but it's fun being in the rink with these guys.
Ain’t nobody gonna talk about that OT winner from Alex Burrows against Chicago?!! That goal had the entire city of Vancouver shaking!! Still get chills watching it!
Greens goal in Washington always gives me shivers
Amen bro. We miss him. He was called Game Over Green for a reason.
Not having the hawks scoring 2 goals in 17 seconds to go from down 1-2 to up 3-2 with 1:30 left in game 6 of the cup finals is criminal
Nj devils moments give me the most chills, one of the most electrifying teams in the NHL to watch
Ya now they are but back then they were boring as hell to watch cause it was a defender first team.
@@shawnberry3758 During the 2000-01 season the devils actually scored the most goals in the league and had a 21 goal advantage over the second place team.
all nhl teams are electrifying its just not playoffs season for all
The last “five” give me chills
Ngl I saw the 3 kings goals on the bs 5 minute and I didn’t think you’d have Henriques OT winner on here. I’m glad I stayed for the whole video
Love your videos, great list
Martinez's goal is what every hockey player dreams of, and every hockey fan dreams of watching their team pull off. An overtime goal to win the Cup at home, how can it ever get more thrilling than that?
You’re missing the 2017 Ducks scoring 3 goals in the last 3 minutes to force and win in OT vs the Oilers 2nd round
Not having Montreal’s ot goal in game 6 vs Vegas to send them to the finals is criminal
Oh that martin st louis goal. I'm not too big a fan of Doc but he nailed that call. My favorite Hockey call as of right now along with Sam rosens recent Panarin OT winner
As a caps fan it’s so hard watching all of these game 7s.
Haven’t watched yet but dale weise breakaway goal against Boston in 2014 in game 3 is the loudest I’ve heard a crowd celebrate a goal
How do you miss the 2019 blues win over the stars in overtime to go to the finals for the first time in 50+ years?!
That was to make the conference finals, not the cup final. Still hype as fuck, and should get more recognition.
Because that game should have ended in regulation. Zuccarello got bulldozed in the slot before the puck was there with 1 minute left.
My son bought game 4 tickets for the jackets only to hopefully see a 1st ever cbj playoff game against the best team in Tampa. We he and I were there to witness a dream that no one dare thought as Columbus brought the brooms. Paralyzed joy!!!
Thanks for opening it with Columbus felt good to watch again
I was there when Kevin Fiala scored the game winner in game 3 I yelled so loud I couldnt talk the next day. I am happy to be a preds fan even though the trail has been rough.
That Kevin Fiala goal is one of the most underrated goals in NHL history, that goal is what fueled the Preds run to the SCF that year imo (and Rinne giving one of the best performances by a goalie in NHL playoff history)
heartbreaker at 18 is straight disrespect
My favorite moment of that Patrick Kane OT winner against LA is the moment Toews gets the puck for the two on one and can hear that one fan in crowd going “ohhh” lol. What a game and what a great time to be a hawks fan. That cup run in 2013 I’ll always cherish the most
You know it’s crazy when the audio starts to clip
This is a brutal video if you're a caps fan
Pat Maroon Much? That should be top 10
man that Nashville crowd was so memorable. no one ever expected a southern town to get so wild over hockey lol
Do the best calls of pierre houde (habs pxp on rds the french version of tsn)
I hope so
You should have used Chris King's version of the Islanders Anthony Beauvillier OT Goal that was goated commentary
There's just nothing quite like playoff hockey, overtime in particular. Scoring a goal in playoff overtime game is the greatest feeling in the world. Luckily i got to experience it at several levels in highschool and college i can't imagine what it's like to do it as a pro in the Stanley cup playoffs let alone the finals.. and poor Braden holtby he's on the wrong end of a lot of these ..
This video should have name - "Henrik Lundquist sad playoff moment"
