Look into this things called nipple covers or nipple pasties. I recommend silicon because they can be reused but they are exactly as the name implies, nip covers. You can use them whenever you don't wanna wear a bra out in public, so you don't see nip through clothes ever.
Yeah with xixi they have nipple covers but for me, whenever I dont want to wear an actual bra I have this simple pullover that's loose and comfy but holds the girls in place. I suggest trying at least one

There are online programs you can complete that have lessons and homework. That’s one way to become an official accredited fitter but you can also learn from and kinda study under other bra fitters. It takes a lot of time and a lot of practice and it’s a lot of information to learn. You have to learn different bra types, how to measure, the interaction between band and cup size, the anatomy and life cycle of breast and a whole bunch of other stuff
I don't know how it's in the US. In Germany we have a huge online community at busenfreundinnen.net. I tought myself with their help and then worked in a really good bra store where my boss teached me. At some point you know the basics and know what bras work with the different shapes. I'm always curious and trying lots of brands and bra models just to know how they fit. So it's all about knowing bra cuts, brands and their fit and how a bra should fit on the body.
I work at Victoria Secret and we have to go through a bra certification class to learn about all the bras, the perfect fit, and how to fit people properly. It’s actually pretty cool. 😁
Haha when I was younger I was one. You are taught and then get better the longer you do it. I was taught you should get fit every 6 months (since most women have the occasional seasonal weight gain and weight loss), you should rotate the wear of your bras, and of course handwash them :)

I think brands like they sell at Walmart just assume that the bigger cup size you need, the bigger the band needs to be as well (for some reason)
Maybe they’re assuming women are fatter so they need a bigger band or smth *(so messed up)* but I really wish they would have more affordable options for some of us blessed(not so blessed) girls

I was looking at crop tops and I saw this really pretty blue/teal bra and I said

I put one size on and it didn’t fit at all
I tried the next size up and it fit me

I FINALLY got sized correctly at a boutique and not Victoria's Secret. I have GIRLS, like, they big, and I thought I was forever doomed to wear molded and highly padded bras. These new bras sit against my sternum, don't move, and AREN'T MOLDED OR PADDED! I did not know that I could get that lift without padding. Getting the bra that fits correctly is truly magical.

Hey gals! I watched this video and realized I was also wearing an incorrect size so I watched a tutorial about how to measure yourself and went and bought a size of bra that fit me!! I FINALLY found a few bras that fit me and I feel beautiful and supported in! I stopped wearing bras and I'm never going back. It feels like freedom!! Also, underwire bras cause breast cancer, because it's not natural to have something strangling your chest all the time. So I would recommend going braless or using bralettes that aren't tight. Using natural deodorants (free from aluminium and other poisons) is also good if you want to reduce cancer risk. Plant-based diet is very important too.

V's Secret employees aren't trained to do anything buy work the cash register... and their bras are low-quality. If you can find a small, family-owned bra store, you should go there to be fitted (if you're in the NY area I can recommend a few shops to visit)

The VS I went to be fitted I was given a bigger size. I was more comfortable then I ever was before. So I think there’s some workers and vs that are trained well. She also knew I was nervous because I always just hoped I grabbed the correct size at Walmart or target because I didn’t want to make my dad wait for me to be fitted anywhere else.
My sister actually fitted me when she worked at VS YEARS ago. It helped and if I remember correctly, the bra I chose was super comfortable. It's weird, but I felt more comfortable having my sister help fit me because I know her.

i know lots of people will disagree but i LOVEEE wearing bras! it just makes me feel so protected. also my love for them grew because last weekend my mom took me to lucy’s boudoir and i got the perfect bra. i thought i was a 23C but it turns out i’m a 35D. when the people working there told me that i refused to believe it, but it was true!

My mom has been wearing a 38B for D E C A D E S. And for the past few years I've been telling her she's wearing the wrong size. We go to Walmart and I make her try on a 38C and 38D. She tries on the C, says it fits better. She tries on the D, and says it fits even better. So she gets the 38D. This weekend I'm dragging her to a specialty bra shop near us (unfortunately we live on the other side of the country from Lucy's Boudoir) because I'm still not convinced she's in the right size. Oh, and she also had (I kid you not) a 38A. That she would wear. I still can't believe it.

The issue is small boobs are common is my family since we are so petite....so unless I gain loads of weight or I get implants that ain’t gonna happen with me 🥲

Same, I've always worn 32DD, most stores don't even sell that. I got fitted two years ago and was fitted as a 30DD, which still wasn't actually right, but the brand didn't go further. Got fitted as a 28G recently, finally the first time I've ever had the part between the cups actually touch my ribcage. Amazing.

So I went to VS in my town one day and they didn't really care to measure me when I said I wasn't sure about my size but then I went to VS in Chicago and OMGGG, life-changing! Not only that they took great care of me, they made me feel good about myself in general. Really encourage you guys to get measured for your right bra size. Boobydoo(dot)co(dot)uk has a bra calculator you can use. Just put in your measurements and they will tell you what size you are. :)
Yep! Follow Impulse's👆advice. Google is how I found my actual size.
Sofia Grace best thing is to try a lot of bras in the store! And you should try to get a small band size and bigger cup
My favorite calculator is A Sophisticated Pair, accepts cms for accuracy. Also Reddit/abrathatfits can give a LOT of detailed advice if you post, down to what brands most match your profile/shape (ex: full on top vs full on bottom).

Same. My co workers always go on about how they can’t wait to get home to take their bra off and I’m in a corner by myself clutching my bra for dear life. I just hate the feeling of my boobs hanging and jiggling and shaking all over the place when I’m trying to get stuff done. I even wear a bra to bed because I sleep on my side and find I wake up in pain from them getting crushed between my arms. The bras I sleep in don’t have any wires or padding it’s basically just a piece of elasticity fabric that goes across the melons but I still need something to hold em down. I thought I was the only one who loves wearing bras rather then not wearing them.

since the last time i went shopping for bras i tried to not look at how the bra looks but if its comfortable and fits good. i tried that and didnt get fitted but did ask for advice. now i have THE perfect bra and it feels so good. it fits exactly around my boobs and gives enough support. i have a 3 hooks high band now and it feels so much more supported
When wearing bras with texture such as lace, make sure to moisturize your body first. The itchiness might not be the bra's fault, but your dry skin's.

When Kristen talks about how many times she adjusts her bra and it shocks me! I MIGHT adjust mine one time in the entire day/evening. And I never have an issue of feeling uncomfortable or anything. I switch from bralettes, push-ups, wire, strapless, it just depends on the day. I'm a 36 d - 38dd depending on the brand.
I literally only wear sports bras and training bras. My first bra I got in 3rd grade still fits me perfectly.
