Wow this home is magical. There’s not enough grassy areas for the kids to run around and pay though. The Pool is kind of small. Reminds me of my time living on Austin, Tx. This home would be 500k less there though. I never knew that Orlando was so pricy. I grew up 2 hours away in Jacksonvville, FL.

Backsplash is cheap in kitchen and cabinets should go to ceiling. Hardware looks cheap. Wooden floors are are lovely. Windows looks cheap . Floor plan looks great. Interior doors are too ornate. The ‘guest house’ is fab. Wish the pool was lighter in colour. Colours are pretty good throughout.

If this $1.799M includes all the upgrades, the house is modestly priced. In Broward (Weston/Parkland) this would easily be a million $$ more, even though the western suburbs here don't have the cachet that Windermere does.
I agree with you.. especially with new construction in this area. It would be a lot more in different areas.

Immaculate! I want it. I had an idea about steps...you have people on canes and walkers...maybe design steps where the center are regular steps, but with smooth ramp on both sides of steps with railings...or maybe a cool engineering feat would be step with a hydrolic button you push that acts like blinds...you push button and steps move..close like blinds ...into a smooth ramp so disabled parents and visitors with wheelchairs, can negotiate...just a thought.
There's always great ways to incorporate safety ramps into an existing plan for sure.. great suggestion

It's a really beautiful home. The treatments are just for staging this model home. The next home owner would have to get new window treatments to go all the way across.

Hi Mel. I try not to go into the secondary closets on model tours - this makes the video less appealing to most and becomes dizzying to some. But for Inventory or Resale homes, I will. I hope this helps understand why I don't. Have a great day!!

Got a budget of 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 to buy home for your family? Good mom and dad house in that range for a family with kids. You can park a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platnum and a 2021 GMC Yukon XL Denali in that massive driveway. Or it would go better with a Tesla Model X actually.
I love how you can bring the outdoors in with those glass panels and the fact that there is a summer kitchen. Great for those pool parties. Best part, a granny flat in the back where grandma and grandpa can live back there and when mom and dad have to go to work, there is no need to drive to grandmas house to take care of the kids. They can just walk across the yard. In fact they can come by every day all hours out of the day and even have dinner with you and spend a lot of time with your kids. It’s a floor plan like this is still available, get one!!

Parts of house poorly designed..stepping into the house and being thrust immediately into the living space is awful...emphasis on huge driveway is silly.....video tutorial -enough with the "you have"..
