Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. I am learning about this amazing instrument one step at a time and that is saying a lot for this old brain I have. Looking forward to your next tutorial.

I am probably sounding like a broken record, complementing you all the time, but really, you just continue to be a breath of fresh air, clearly rising above all others in the realm of instructional videos.

Wonderful. You are a great teacher, and what you do ist more as helpful. My English is not the best, but I can understand, what you are saying because your pronouncing is fine. Thank you very much for your endeavor.

Having watched a few of your videos, I’ve come to the conclusion that Roland need to implement a ‘long hold’ of the Write button to force a save without confirmation. Excellent videos by the way.

Thanks for video. Right now it's mumbo jumbo to me. I have a Fantom 88 key ordered and coming in in Jan or Feb. I am trying to watch as many vids on the Fantom as I can. I watch a lot of Ed Diaz videos. I was gonna get the Fantom O series 88 key but I decided against that after I played on one at Guitar Center. The keys on the 88 full Fantom are stiffer but I believe I'll get used to them and they will probably loosen up some as I play it. The one I played on at Guitar Center earlier this year were quite stiff. That's when I bought a Korg Nautilus. It's a great keyboard and fully hammered keys. It feels good. The Nautilus has great sounds, but the navigation through it is primarily done on the screen and I am not smart enough to comprehend it all and apply it. So I am selling or trading in my Nautilus for the Fantom. I feel that the Fantom is easier to learn how to use and with the slides and knobs it makes thins easier than touch screen only. I also have a Roland XP 80 from 1997 and I need to get it repaired to be able to play it again. I'll get it repaired after I get the Fantom. I also am not happy that Korg does not put paper manuals in the box. I had to download a PDF file and it's not as convenient as a paper manual. I am watching as many Fantom vids I as I can find and that pops up on my you tube page. Thanks for yours.

It is an interesting point concerning how full a piece of music needs to be when it comes to individual patches and how they are modulated or assigned .It depends on how much goes on in each instance .I usually can get away with 5 VST instruments in a composition which is adequate .Depends on the complexity of the piece with the big picture .

    Good evening,
I have a question for you: before buying the 'Fantom', I would like to know if I can record 'IN REAL TIME' a 'scene' of my choice (or a single sound) with as many bars that I want?
In other words, not to be limited to 32 bars .., which would be 'frustrating', especially when improvising music ..!
On the 'Roland' site, they say that we can also record in 'real time', but they do not say for how many bars this is possible.
Thank you very much for specifying your answer because it is a notion Important to me.
    Cordially . Pierrot
ps : thank you for your video

Hey there buddy, I have a question: on my Integra, there are guitar supernatural tones where strumming can be controlled with a certain midi control number: with that in mind, if you were triggering the Integra as an external sound from the Fantom, could you then assign that midi control number to the slider, and then, use the slider to control the strumming of the sound on the target Integra?

    • @ZTAudio
      @ZTAudio  4 ปีที่แล้ว

DrGargani Probably. I don’t have an Integra to test. But if it’s a standard MIDI CC, it should work fine.

Once the performance data is recorded, is it possible to edit or delete it without affecting the recorded midi notes?

ZT Audio how do you do it? When I press “ERASE ALL” while recording a track, it’ll delete the data and midi notes. Is there another way?

Don't you think doing everything like cutt off, resonance, decay with one assigned fader is limited to one zone only. When calling up these cut off, resonance etc in performing mode. How one can do these in real time while performing. I was thinking previously that I can assign all faders and knobs to one zone like Montage you have many hands on control in real time

    • @ZTAudio

@@christianthompson1473 Mine I play v-paino, bass and drums for example, from fantom keys and that data going into the sequencer. I didn't know that aiff or wave file can be loaded in to the pattern sequencer, I know that audio files can be loaded in to the sampler.
