Qs: Can the peanut butter be substituted with crushed peanut filling ... or will the boiling make the peanuts soggy?
Also, after the rice balls are removed from the boiling water, is that tap water they are dunked in? For how long and why is that needed ... that is, can that step be skipped and the rice balls just allowed to dry a little before they are rolled in the sesame seeds?
