just subbed. keep the buick videos coming. started watching when I started making a parts list for my 430. I might have went too skinny on my rears as well. We'll see after the cam is broke in!
Nice car. My first car back in the late 1980s was my grandmother's hand-me-down 1971 Skylark, it was a stripped down model with the 350 2bbl and it got crazy attention in High School when nobody knew what it was but it was cool because it "looked like a Chevelle" according to my peers. I loved that car, then I learned about the GS and GSX models. I'd love to put a 70 GS or GSX clone into my garage one day. Unfortunately my car got taken out by another young kid who ran a stop sign and nailed the car right in the passenger door, totaled the car. It is still one of my favorites to this day.
Great story and sorry about getting hit. Unfortunately, I have had that experience with a 1968 GS400 I owned. A convicted felon driving a stolen car ran a red light and T-boned me.
I wish I could've got it in my fabrication shop, we could rebuild every piece from scratch if need be and you'd been riding again A&M custom welding and fabrication if anyone ever needs custom work, sheet metal etc done
Always enjoy what other fellow Buick lovers are doing to their cars. Great build.
Thanks!
