This is a crazy bug but totally impractical. During this fight I kept everyone together as the wizard actually has item AOE buffs and the mortars near the edge of map and the AI didn't give them any attention. Took me 3 hours of ending turns to get enough eshin points to recruit those Queeks. I would've done Throt as he had his regeneration and was on his Brood Horrors but he was too far in enemy territory during this campaign to safely make a stack near him. He would probably be the best to do this with. Queeks do have 35 bonus vs infantry though so they basically never miss with the 100+ melee attack.
do you get their skill tree when they become heroes?

I feel the same army with regular heroes would be way stronger. Maybe with 1 ratlinggun to take care of flying threats.
In the end, Queek's paranoia was totally justified! They are all after him. And they are all himself.
Ah yes, WH3 is a totally balanced game with no exploits.

like, ffs...All they had to do, was take warhammer 2, put it on a bigger map AND add some new factions. CA would've been praised to the moon and back with maybe 2-3 guys crying it's a copy-paste. And nobody would care about them.

Considering the skavens weird goings on with experimental and highly volatile technology this could be considered lore friendly as well but I can't imagine multiple queeks remaining in such unison peacefully
Queek is the only one this could even work with.
Every other major Skaven character would basically descend into paranoia over themselves.
Queek is an anomaly, he's the Skaven that understands alien concepts like trust and honor... and he knows the other Queeks do, too.
I'm embarrassed to say it took me a while to realize why the dude settled for 13 Queeks.

Imagine with 19 lvl 50 ikits. Thats 57 orbs, you could have them all on doomwheels are flayers, they can heal way faster than with regeneration, constant warp lightning when in melee, etc. I find that ikit can almost take an army all on his own before his army starts firing.
This might explain why I've been seeing roaming army beastmen factions with over half the army being Lords.

They are not heroes so you cant save. They are just regular single entitiy units.

This feels like a Greek/Chinese Mythology where Queek uses his powers to clone himself to avoid being captured with each capture being a different scheme.
Gnawdwell's been feasting on some serious warpstone to have that many right claws.
I don't think I've ever heard Legend this excited! Literally just watched a save your campaign from almost a year ago, the difference in energy is wild.

I was hoping you'd load into the battle with 26 extra Menace Belows, but this is hilarious anyway.
Would be worthwhile if the lords actually kept their skills and bonuses (especially the factionwide ones). But the way it works, it's nothing more than a curiosity.

I’d propably stick 2 units of gutter runners poison in the army, to handle flyers.. with Eschin they shred, and the engineer can halt the flyers so they can even get underneath or behind them, for units that don’t have 360 shooting..
And they would even outrun most cavalry, between the snare, poison and engineer speed buff.
But just 2, to keep the BS thematic.. 🤪

Since the game is handling them as a normal infantry unit instead of a hero/lord unit does that mean they get extra priority and healing from the after combat take on captives option? would be interesting to see them get massive heals from that lol
