Why do you say that, Trevor? I've been considering moving there from Hamilton..which isn't exactly Thee friendliest city. (Steel Town culture influences). But is PSd also well known not to be a friendly, smiley kind of town, or ?...
Don't want to relocate to where the social vibe is similar to my home area.
