XUV 700 has monocoque chassis where as Scorpio has ladder on frame chassis, XUV 700 is front wheel driven & u may get all wheel drive & not practical 4 X4, Where as Scorpio is real life 4 X4 SUV with rear wheels powered in general.
At least Mahindra should have provided 3rd row seats with 50-50 foldable option. It will help while traveling with 6 people with some manageable luggage.

Hydraulic hatch rear tailgate would have been a welcome addition to the new Scorpio. The side opening tailgate has lots of issues which no one discusses. It's a big missed opportunity for a premium upgrade by Mahindra.
The New Scorpio does look very appealing and of higher overall quality, especially in fit and finish.All credit to Mahindra 👍. The only thing Mahindra could have rethought is rear which feels bit disconnected, and looks literally like old Honda-CRV or Volvo XC40

Need to have more lengthy vehicles that can provide a good boot space to accommodate atleast midsize bags for all 7 people, something like a 7 seater winger with space for 12 seater. That will make the vehicle very comfortable in all seats. Both 2nd row front tumbling seats would be appreciated.

Lastly a bulky SUV whose NCAP ratings have still not published , in the size it is bigger to other SUV of this segment but on what cost? Lastly to sum up if someone wants Bulky SUV with little modern technology incorporated in it, lacking premiumness, comfort of seats as other SUV in this segment provides then it's a 👍.
FORTUNER IS SO OVERPRICED FIRST THING. The interior is not up to the mark...scorpios interior design is way better.Looks are subjective but every day ,I like scorpio design along with its back design which I initially didn't like but it's overall looks much better. MAHINDRA ENGINE IS ALSO RELIABLE SINCE ITS THERE SINCE LONG TIME.
Very honest review..looking at the back seat ...a budget customer better choose bolero neo instead...lot of lacking features there too...but hopefully the plus version will bring changes

I am decided to buy scorpio n and xuv 700 has long waiting ... now I am also in ncr and confused between petrol z4 at or diesel z6 at ... mahindra not offering z6 in petrol but with small more money...in z6 we get small sunroof and lot of feature like adrenox, 4x4 and driving modes etc... my initial budget was 12 lkh and difficult to extend more for z8 petrol at ... also as price of mahindra are introductory...so I think it will be good value buy but unable to decide between 15 year z4 petrol with less feature or 10 year z6 more feature... please share your opinion sir... running will be less than 600 km per month , occasionally may go to 1000 km once a month but my confusion is more about feature we can get in z6 and more milage we will get in z6 diesel as compared for z4 petrol

I saw you review for i 10 Grand 7 years ago and I bought it, now am planning for a SUV and going to buy this, thank you for the genuine review.
I was confused between Scorpio N & XUV 700. But your confident stance in this video swayed me toward Scorpio N 100%! Definitely booking it!
