This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Destiny Homes. The model for this home is the “Timberview” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,950 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

It's nice to see a home that has complete separation between the living room and the kitchen/dining room.
Chance this is my favorite house ever. I love that you are not in the kitchen as soon as you enter. The utility room looks like there is room for a small freezer. The bedrooms are geat size. The porch, the pantry. This one has everything I would want in a house today. Great job.
Screen the porch and add a screen door. It'd be nice if it could be made into a four season room so you could use it in the winter as well. Love that it has the ceiling fan would be handy on a hot day
Chance, this is a well-designed house. I wish the pantry was a larger, but the kitchen does have lots of cabinets. The back porch was nice and I agree it would be better to have it screened with an open deck attached to the house.
Yes needs more cabinets but I love that when you come in the front door the kitchen it not just right in your face! I guess you can guess that my kitchen is usually pretty messy!!! LoL!!!
And also screen the underside of the porch to keep the pesky bugs from ruining your barbecue.

Honestly my favorite one so far. Checks all my boxes: area for coat, backpacks, etc., large master walk-in closet with built-ins, separate tub/shower in master, great layout... and a porch! Love it and love your video/presentation style. Blessings to you and your growing family!

This is a nice one. I like that the entrance has room for a coat rack and you don’t see directly into the kitchen (where there may be dirty dishes and boiled over pots) from the front door or the seating in the living room. I like that you don’t have to walk through the master bath to access the closet. I love the big seat in the shower. The porch is a winner, for sure. Having it built in and part of the package means the cost is rolled into the mortgage and you don’t have to get separate financing later, if ever, to build one. I would screen it in and maybe add jalousie windows.
This is my new Fav! and yes the porch is what the icing on the cake for me. I love the fact you can wake up and walk right out onto your porch
I love this one I love how they have the porch. Those big windows do not necessarily get too much direct sunlight. Great design on this one for sure! Plenty of room too. Mud room small pantry nice large kitchen. Huge master. It's great!

This floor plan is very similar to The Aimon by Deer Valley Homes, which has been my favorite home until now. I’m in love with the master bath & closet layout shown in this home tour. The porch would definitely get screened in and turned into a catio😻.

Beautiful home! The kitchen is perfect. The utility room has a drop zone for extra storage. Just needs a coat closet and linen closet for the guest rooms. The master suite is dreamy, it has everything that I would want, including a huge roomy closet with a window, a big pretty spa tub, a shower with a seat, and lots of cabinets.
This home is gorgeous! Just my style. I wouldn’t want any barn doors. Everything else is perfect!

If this isn't my number 1 overall favorite design/layout, it's definitely in the running.
I don't particularly like any of their color choices here, but that could all be changed one way or another. The pantry could be bigger but there is pretty adequate cupboard space elsewhere so it's really not too much of a let down to me.
I love all of the extra shelving in this model, the size of every single room, and I am obsessed with the windows that then lead to the perfect little porch. I've always wanted a large backyard deck so if we were to add one to this home, I would turn that porch into more of a sun room. Then I can enjoy the "deck" even when it's cold outside 🤣 or raining!
Everything is absolutely Perfect in the is home..The Wall colors are bright and light's up the house 🏠...😄🌞🌼☀️🌻😃
This home was very appealing! I didn't see where the hot water heater was I think I missed it.. the only thing I would add would be a linen closet.. but it's gorgeous. Thanks for the tour!

Finally! Finally you show a home that the living room isn’t right in the kitchen. I give it a9 out 10. I loved the main . Bathroom and main closet . The main bedroom wasnt that great but everything else makes up for it!

LOVE this one!. Love the square sinks...the master tub and shower...master closet...fireplace! It is perfect except take out all the carpeting...wood look floors throughout!
Very nice!!! it'd be nice to see them come up a little higher with the kitchen backsplash to help blend in all the outlets!
Don't need all that room but layout is nice. Love the kitchen. You do a great video tour. Enjoy watching you. And it is fine to open closet doors and cabinet especially unusual ones. Porch us great. I would want it screened. Thanks❤
That storage cube area in the main bedroom is a perfect idea. I would hope that the bins sold at target will fit. Love that it had zero wire racks in that closet. That porch is beautiful. Loved the amount of storage in the main bath. The shelves by the tub is such a smart idea too. Hopefully the wood can withstand being wet. Overall it's a good home. Only things I'd add is a bigger pantry and a coat closet. Other than that and the barn door, it's a home I enjoyed touring!

This may be my favorite layout I've seen. I love it. I just wish they would quit with the carpet but of course I'm sure it can be ordered without it.

Hi, Chance. Because you asked... Mortar goes between bricks, grout goes between tiles. i learned about grout early. Growing up, we had 4-inch square tiles in both our tub/shower surrounds, and my dad was fixing/refreshing the grout on a regular basis. This home has a nice layout; I love how light and bright it is, as well as the amount of storage (the master closet is fab!). I wish it had a coat closet, but as another commenter noted, there's enough room in the entryway to put a bench or even a small wardrobe cabinet for coats.
Love the windows not the carpet ever! Oh man, the porch and windows got me hooked!

Was more than a utility room. More like a mud room. Which was fantastic. Wasn't a fan of the exterior colors, but that's an easy fix. I very much loved this one, thanks Chance.

Love the bigger homes! This is so nice! Love the patio from living room. The color tones are perfect! I'm just not into the barn doors though! That's just a preference! Love the utility room with the coat hanger and sitting area with drawers. Good space! Love the square sinks! You're right the crown molding makes the house a higher class of house! Love the door entrance onto patio! The master closet has cubbies for shoes or sweaters! Colors are great in this house! Square bathtub in master and that tower shower! The tile grout could be like a cream color! The price is great!

I love this home. My favorites are the Master Suite, The Kitchen, and Back Porch. This home needs a closed in wrap around porch.
