So...I guess you gave up after that one as they dont get any better in terms of RNG dependency? I tried this challenge several times and I was like "no idea how to kill the boss, but I definitely need to savescum the opener to even have a chance"...and you basically confirmed it. Not sure its worth the hassle to even try this one ^^
I did actually clear all of the skirmishes. I don't recommend them on very hard tbh. Some of the missions, while doable, become really tedious. I did record my attempts at most of these but just haven't had the time to edit and upload in a while. I'm trying to make time for it again since I miss it but it's been hard.
@@Kordanor For what it's worth I still think the skirmishes are a fun challenge if you really like the game. Most of them don't feature heavy rng. They are just a little overtuned I think and become kind of tedious when playing on very hard. Playing them on hard felt like what the devs balanced it around so it's a better experience.
@@maxxalos1267 Yeah, and that shows by already reaching the achievements with just 35/50 points. But if its a "challenge" I also want to be challenged and play on hardest. But when it's not down to tactics but luck, then meh...I also dont want to do it half assed. ^^
Hello, will there be next chapters? I started the preparation of the second DLC and I do not understand how to complete 1 mission on the maximum difficulty. 2 and 3 were easy to do.
do you mean missions where two heros start? well, you could get close to the archers of the enemy and try balance the damage between your heroes. which means you could push your hero with higher health to the front line. i have passed it in the very hard mode but some of missions i could not pass in the very hard mode
This DLC is a step in the wrong direction. Play random scenarios with random gear and heroes is not fun. I reached endgame setting up the best team with best gear as possible and wanted to keep playing endgame challenges with that. hope they look into that in the future
I get that desire and I also want more content involving the main game. I don't think it's bad having this additional content as well though. They did announce in the discord that their work on the next major content update will come with a new endgame season focusing on the Sidhe.

I believe the actual paid DLC release on 11/23 has new endgame contents, this is just free update.
