My 5yo daughter adores Wolfy! We talk about what things we’ll do when we visit Japan; I suggest visiting the Ghibli Museum… she says she wants to see Wolfy! (Like he’s a tourist attraction!) 🤣
Amazing the ways parenting has been changing over generations. I felt a nervous tension in the back of my mind when you said Wolfy had broken the TV. I would have been terrified if I broke my parent’s TV. So proud of you guys.
I found it very interesting when you were discussing large trash removal, & the hurdles you had to jump through to dispose of your large screen TV. No-one has covered the topic of waste disposal in Tokyo, & however unsavory the topic, I would love a full video about it. Literally I have found no-one covering this topic. ///I think the baby car seat looks, high-end with all the bells & whistles. Aesthetically, the car seat looks very sporty. A great choice for a growing little boy. I also love the enrichment of your apartment for Wolfie with the basketball hoop & encouraging waterproof learning poster in the tub area. Great job of subject matter & editing. I know you both were recovering from exhaustion/because of Wolfie’s sickness, but something I would like to see in the future would be more music accompaniment during action scenes like when you picked up Wolfie from school. Keep up the good work.
That marketing thing is done in US stores as well. Probably in a bunch of other countries. All of the colorful and sugary things are at kids' eye level.
All the stores know this. I used to work retail in a department store. At the registers there would always be little snacks, candies, goodies in the front because just when you're done checking out, why not buy a little cheap snack to go with your very large purchase, it won't cost you much.
Keep in mind, a lot of earthquake and fire insurance in Japan also covers accidents caused by the insured up to a certain amount. It's called kazai hoken and it usually is bundled up with homeowners insurance plans etc. You should look into it. The insurance company might cut you a check for the cost of a new TV.
Wolfie is so cute! Kids love to help, I taught mine how to clean when they were very little like Wolfie. My oldest is nearly 16 and although he hates cleaning he is very good at it as is my 12 year old.. Still working on my twin 7yr olds though. Levi, my boy loves to clean but his sister, Lydia, not so much.
Yups same in Singapore where we have to get the Neighbourhood Town Council to dispose of any large item like the Smart TV and sofa. But we pay monthly/yearly “maintaine” fees so yeah…
invest in a projector and throw away the TV. It saves so much space ESPECIALLY in a typical japanese house. Just hang the white film on the ceiling and have it roll down that way you can still use the space that the TV is currently occupying for other things. This is also super child proof lol
Paolo! Next time if wolfy has fever try taking olive oil and coating his head with it then massaging it for about 10-20 mins. Idk why this helps but it does reduce the temperature. You can sleep with the oily hair or wash it. My mom did it to us and her mom did it to her siblings as well and it always works!
Sorry to hear that Wolfe is in the ER. He is such a cutie. Also that sucks about the TV, it really stinks when babies accidentally break or ruin something important or expensive. I would have been crying if that happened to me. Though my kids had definitely destroyed things as toddlers. The toddler age is when they make the biggest messes. Hope he feels better soon.
The people who design grocery stores and the balance between difficult to find and frustration plus placement are EVIL GENIUSES! So much study goes into it!
Just found your beautiful family from the last video, and have binged almost all of your videos since! So glad Wolfy and his mama and dadi are better :)
Wolfie is at such a fun and extremely challenging age right now. Paolo, I can imagine that between taking care of him, other domestic stuff, and video editing, you don’t have a lot of personal time these days. (Said from personal experience!) One question. When my wife and I lived in an apartment with our little one, the tantrums (and night crying) were particularly stressful because our neighbors could definitely all hear them. (I live in a rural area, so I often took my daughter out and walked around the rice fields until she calmed down.) Has this been an issue for you? Or maybe your ‘manshon’ walls are a little thicker than our flimsy old ‘apaato’. 😅 Anyway, hang in there. It gets easier!
That's one of the problems in Japan- nothing gets fixed cheap, everything has to be purchased brand new. This is the case with bicycles as well there. A normal brake system costs almost as much as a new 2nd hand bicycle.
So glad the Man is better ; hopefully Mommy and Daddy got some much needed sleep. Sick little ones are so draining physically and emotionally, but the wo of you kicked butt in this go round!💯👨👩👦
I really love that maiko is always ready to get down on the floor to give wolfy attention. You both are such good parents. Its really hard for me to spend time with my 3kids separately. 😅
I totally understand how worried and scared you both were while wolfy was poorly, because he can’t tell you how he feels us parents have to try and guess what’s wrong!! I could see just how scared and upset you were Paolo when you were at the hospital as you were not in control of your emotions because there were drs and nurses examining wolfy and you were not in there with him either!! 😢 a temperature is a way of the body saying something is wrong…you are both wonderful loving caring Parents. I am so glad that wolfy has made a full recovery and that he is enjoying full days at nursery which is a huge learning curb for both child and parents.. Do you not have household insurance for your goods inside your home? In the UK 🇬🇧 we pay a premium per year to a company for such accidents like what happened with your tv, you can have accidental cover and get the goods replaced ( you just pay a fee first per claim) which isn’t much really but you get either a replacement or a set amount of money to buy new products. Take care both of you and love and best wishes to little wolfy who is just adorable. Watching from 🇬🇧 UK xx😁😁🥰😁😁
It's great to see Wolfie is feeling so much better. Japan needs a few shop and replace stores. Several of our big name stores will bring the new item and take the old one away.
I love this channel so much! That's my favorite time of the day too, picking up my daughter and her running/walking towards me, saying 'mama!' Glad Wolfy is feeling better and your whole family is safe and happy! Of course a Japanese supermarket would think of that for kids... wish US had the same design mentality. :) Can't wait to make my baby back to Japan. Your channels are such a big help and inspiration for a visit.
Ok I can't take it anymore. Wolfy is sooo cute. Look at him shop with those cute little runners. I wish Canada had stores like that. I'm glad he's feeling better 😀
Paolo all you need now is the sports car to put the car seat in stay safe can’t wait to be able to get back to Japan as soon as they will let us regards Clayton
you should have checked for e-recycling places nearby, at least in Canada theres places you can take old electronics and they'll take them from you, despite the display being broken in the TV, usually we're able to salvage certain parts inside of it like power supplies/capacitors etc, and then you don't have to pay disposal fees
I love your videos and wish all the best to your little family. Just a thought regarding the basketball hoop, I'm not sure if playing with a ball doesn't disturb your neighbors. In my building I can hear and feel vibrations when people/kids are jumping, running or doing any other activities other than regular walking... I think some activities don't belong into an apartment but rather outdoors or to dedicated indoor places...
In America we have a 5 point harness system for children his age. I find it interesting that it’s different across the world. The chest plate part is to keep them from being ejected. Maybe I couldn’t see it in your car seat.
Poor little man, hope he's feeling better 🥺🙏 Also don't know if it applies but usually whenever something electronic breaks, I'm sure that there's always someone out there willing to pay to take it off your hands rather than paying to get rid
So happy Wolfy is feeling better. lt is so good to see such proud parents! Your family is so wonderful. I enjoy your videos. Wolfy is so funny saying no no, no no 😂
I myself am just an uncle but still i got freaked out from the previous video. But as my sister told me. Kids at that age are indisctrutable(no idea how to write it dispite listening to the song?). Also imagine the realization that THE Recaro is also known for a small part in racing car seat design. I couldnt but chuckle a tad when mr. Paolo said that the straps felt like racing car belts. Or maybe im just dumb and he already knows it
That hoop is too low for Wolfy. He needs to dunk! 😄 Can't believe that he broke the TV throwing the remote. He's got a strong arm! Deduct the cost from his allowance when he starts getting 😋 Nice to see he's healthy again.
The kid eye level thing in supermarkets and dept stores is a tried and true method of annoying the parents. The stores also make no apology for the 'deception'. Sometimes the easiest thing would be to put the child in the trolley seat. Maybe.
Happy he's feeling better. Scary times when children are sick.
Part of growing up 😅
My 5yo daughter adores Wolfy!
The thumbnail of him eating a loaf of bread is so cute!
Add some little stick on foam pads behind the backboard and you can probably make it quieter and take some of the impact bouncing sound away.
So happy to hear that wolfy is feeling better now and I’m also glad that you guys are doing better as well!
Recaro, highly popular in motorsport. One of the best racing seats going, so Wolfe is in safe hands!
Wolfy has Wolverines (X-Men) healing factor and got better fast!! He is a cool little kiddo.

So happy he is feeling better ! Mine are 19 and 21 and I get so sick to my stomach when they are sick. A parents love is never ending.
As a mom who works from home, i love the family vlogs 🥰
Wolfie is so cute! Kids love to help, I taught mine how to clean when they were very little like Wolfie. My oldest is nearly 16 and although he hates cleaning he is very good at it as is my 12 year old.. Still working on my twin 7yr olds though. Love Maiko's Marimekko pants! Finland feels represented :D
One of the best gifts I have ever seen small kids get, are the boxes that stuff come in, nothing like a cardboard box to play in/with 😋
You guys are fast becoming an internet baby resource! Parents are grateful for your dedication, What a great kid
Yups same in Singapore where we have to get the Neighbourhood Town Council to dispose of any large item like the Smart TV and sofa. But we pay monthly/yearly “maintaine” fees so yeah…

Super happy wolfy is doing so much better. Well done Mama and daddy. Support always here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 ❤

Amazon sells toddler tv shields :) he hit it exactly where the data connection hits the display I’ll bet, so that’s why it killed it.
Sorry to hear that Wolfe is in the ER. He is such a cutie.

Y'all are great parents! Love seeing Wolfie grow up & he is a very happy child.
Cute little wolfy.. proud happy parents
The people who design grocery stores and the balance between difficult to find and frustration plus placement are EVIL GENIUSES! So much study goes into it!
Too much study? Not really, they just know how human nature works lmao.
Daddy! Wolfie!... aww as a Dad myself, I totally smiled! Glad things are calming down.
I love hearing you two tell stories about Wolfy. You both just light up.
Just found your beautiful family from the last video, and have binged almost all of your videos since! So glad Wolfy and his mama and dadi are better :)
I'm almost done watching all videos on Tokyo zebra!
Looks like he’s doing just fine now, yayyy!! 🥰

Many Japanese parents have this experience. They don’t want to be “meiwaku” (迷惑) to others, but it can’t be helped.
I'm so grateful that Wolfie's ok! I'm glad you guys are okay as well!
Glad Wolfy is feeling better and that you guys can get some rest too! He’s such a cutie! 🥰
It's great you are all doing much better, happy to see him running around and trying new things!
It has been nice watching him grow, he is adorable.
Wow, car seats have gotten huge over the decades... it's like toddlers are sitting on a throne now👑 😄
I'm so happy to see him getting better ❤️
Wolfy is a star! He is so lucky to have you as his parents 😃😍
So happy Wolfie is feeling better❤️👍 Your family is so adorable! Great job😁✌🏽

This is the case with bicycles as well there. A normal brake system costs almost as much as a new 2nd hand bicycle.
Same thing in the U.S. though. Not so much with bikes, but pretty much with everything else. Especially electronics.
So glad the Man is better ; hopefully Mommy and Daddy got some much needed sleep. Sick little ones are so draining physically and emotionally, but the wo of you kicked butt in this go round!💯👨👩👦
he is so cute ! i’m so glad he’s doing better :) you guys are awesome !!!

Love the 💺. Seems very easy to put together
glad he's doing better
I have the exact step stool you have the black one with white dots, I got mine at Target in the US
It's great to see Wolfie is feeling so much better. Japan needs a few shop and replace stores. Several of our big name stores will bring the new item and take the old one away.

also damns lol my mans got his baby a DX-Racer gaming car seat xd
My son broke our tv too... when he was little with is hot wheels. ..its not fun lol
Happy Wolfies feeling better...:)
Ricaro makes racing seats everywhere else as I'm sure you found out I haven't seen them here in states
I love your videos and wish all the best to your little family. Just a thought regarding the basketball hoop, I'm not sure if playing with a ball doesn't disturb your neighbors. Ah I like you guys have big smiles here So glad :) much love and happy days for you all.
Recaro full race car styles Paolo!!!!! I remember my friends car seats were them back in the days!!!👀👍🏻
What a beautiful family I wish you guys the best 😊

Ejected if there was an accident*
Been to A&E 3 times with my girls separately. Life after is back to normal and not to make a huge deal of it.
サムネがもうすっごく可愛くて😍❤️❤️❤️今日もありがとうございました。
Wolfe is very mature & smart💕
Tokyo Zebra: Oh Paolo, pleeeeeeeeease record one of your Wolfy pickups at school. That sounds so cute! ❣
I'm glad wolfie is doing a lot better now.

Glad to hear Wolvie is feeling better! Say hi to the little guy for us!
Recaro make great after market race seats. Didnt even know they make car seats for children
Glad to hear he's doing better. Off topic but I love Maiko's new hair!
glad to see him better! Hope you get some rest
He looks more and more like Paolo every video I see! ❤️
Glad you guys are doing well
I can’t get over Wolfy’s cuteness!
Wolfy is soooo cute!
Oh I'm so happy Wolfy is doing well now. Amen! 💗🙏✌️💪
You guys are doing a great job
So happy Wolfy is feeling better. lt is so good to see such proud parents! Your family is so wonderful. I enjoy your videos. Wolfy is so funny saying no no, no no 😂
So glad to see things are starting to get back to normal, hope you guys have a great weekend! :D

Please share if you managed to get Wolfy to bathe! We’re facing the same problem with my niece (just slightly older than wolfy) now 😭
Wolfys "no no" is so cute!
😭 is Tokyo zebra 🦓 his child’s vlog 😆? That’s wholesome 💕
That hoop is too low for Wolfy. He needs to dunk! 😄
Can't believe that he broke the TV throwing the remote. He's got a strong arm! Deduct the cost from his allowance when he starts getting 😋
Nice to see he's healthy again.
...so glad all is well!!!!!
Maiko cut her hair love it
I am so glad Wolfy is doing fine.
That pink jacket looks so fly on Wolfy
0:50 Maiko almost knocking over a Bottle
Love the car seat. Being a car guy that’s awesome
Awesome job you guys.
The kid eye level thing in supermarkets and dept stores is a tried and true method of annoying the parents. The stores also make no apology for the 'deception'. Sometimes the easiest thing would be to put the child in the trolley seat. Maybe.
Oh that’s so close because when we was made it for Christmas like in 2006 do you want to use the straps or else your fly and then break your TV
I’m glad wolfy Is doing well
That's why American stores put sweet cereals on the lower shelves!!
That car seat just look like a gamer chair hahaha, love it
