You should be weary when buying electronics from Value Village or any other thrift store for that matter. I tested a value village to see if they actually care to have any accountability when putting out a product on the shelf they got for free in the first place. This is important as they do. It allow any exchanges or returns on these items. It’s basically a total scam.
