I’ve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better *1 month later: It’s only been a month but it feels like forever ago. I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much more content. I've been in a place of dark depression for years, and I'm currently struggling with alcoholism. This calmed me a little, and I plan on putting it on in the background while I fall asleep this morning.

please seek professional help, alcohol is an absolute monster and destructive force, i know i've seen it take a friend, it spiraled the depression into something awful. So, the alcohol will make the depression so much worse, and it changes the brain, the sooner you get it under control it will be that much easier...
magic mushrooms and 5 HTP helped me with that alot with that (no alcohol for 5 years now and depression got alot better)

I have schizoaffective disorder and general anxiety disorder. This helped me out a lot thank you. Every time I sit down or stand I get dizzy and I have difficulty breathing a lot. Everything is fine my doctor says so it is got to be the anxiety. Just remember to breath and find something that helps you take your mind off the anxiety/thing that is making you anxious. Mine is walking and music. I hope that helps.

The struggle man. You know some days....can just be soooo stressful, your body shows it your emotions get the best of you and you break....its hard man....but ill be honest seeing others here listening to them and what they are also going through....I don't feel so alone man.....but sad im not the only one at the same time....keep going guys....we can do this....we can all do this. I find this music helps me relax every night. it helps me sort out the sadness in my dreams brought on by the sadness of the last 27 years of my life. most people would of ran away from the life I lived. My therapist told me I'm a true survivor for the life I endured. I don't think so but I'm trying each day to change this feeling. Dream well and fight on till the end. Be well my kind soul, be well.

I am 20 old and i lost my mother 4 years ago and my father is far away from me i play alot to keep the PAIN away most people got over this lost but i think i will be locked with this memory forever i hope your music help me collect my mind and my feelings......

Right now I am at my lowest point in my life. I got laid off, I don’t have a family, and I am all alone. I am usually on top of things but since the last holiday in 2022, my life is upside down. I haven’t recuperated. I am strong but I am considering ending it all. I don’t have a reason to keep going. I am alone and if I unalive myself tomorrow no one will notice. Why I am suffering this much? I try to be kind and be the best person for everyone but I am in the pits. I don’t want to fight anymore… no one will miss me….

i have both autism and ADHD, in my case this means my brain runs at a million miles an hour making my other mental ability's like reading peoples emotions really hard because all of my thoughts clutter the attempt like having TV static constantly going in the background only its your own thoughts vying for attention and theres ALOT of them. this helps it doesnt get rid of them but it helps focus them making it go from static to just a few, thank you

และชายคนนั้นก็รีบลุกออกไปจากบาร์ด้วยท่าทางที่สุดประหลาด เยือกเย็นน่ากลัวไร้วิญญาณ
ชายคนนั้นคนนั้นทิ้งเรื่องที่มีแต่ ปริศนา และ คาใจไว้ให้ผม ผมคิดเป็นไปได้เหรอ ที่คนเราจะทำแบบนั้นได้ตื่นกลางดึกไม่รู้ว่าตัวเองเป็นใคร หลอกเด็กชัดๆ ผมคิด แต่ผมก็ขนลุกในใจ และ นอนคิดเกือบทั้งคืน .... จนหลับไป...
