Today is my 28th birthday. I'm getting married in a few months. I am trying every day to self teach computer science, but I sometimes spend my days playing video games instead of learning. I get lost sometimes. I spend some days doing nothing, and others doing too much and frying my brain. On the days that I do nothing, I feel like I'm wasting my potential. My brain keeps telling me that I'm on some sort of biological clock to provide for my family. Despite it all, I took this hour to rest my mind. Thank you.

Why does rest now means giving up? I’m tired but can’t sleep, my body says I can’t take anymore, pills won’t help either. Dark thoughts are going through my mind and I live on a constant edge to not freak out my family to say any of the atrocities I think about myself. I can’t give up, I won’t give up for my son, my family and those that believe in me I’m just not sure for howlong I can keep going o
