i feel you 100% and i’m sorry i do. know that you are not alone in this feeling of isolation. i hope that you knowing your issue is relatable makes you feel less isolated. we are only all just humans at the end of the day. i still wonder about questions larger than life everyday that will most likely never be answered. we are all confused trying to find our ways but you have to think there is a reason for us to be here. i’m glad you posted how you felt, and i want you to know you are not isolated in your feelings, for millions feel isolated right now. we do not go out and we do not love enough as human beings, but we truly can start with us. good stuff comes from within, i didn’t realize that until recently. your surrounding environment is malleable to what energy you project. you are the receiver of information but also the transmitter. What I have found slightly helpful in my impossible journey to healing, is to just expand your mind. Expand your mind and watch how negative things suddenly obtain beneficial lessons. Many keys do exist : meditation, focusing on death and the value of life, letting go the past, practicing stoïcism, listening relax music (😉)...The main point is that we have to be gentle with ourselves first. 3:00 AM. Haven't slept, tears pouring but not making a noise in fear of someone hearing. My eyes hurt from crying. My eyes sting with the pain of not being able to close them. Exhausted from faking my smile, exhausted from laughing, tired of trying. Wanting to try, but wanting to let go. Wanting to tell someone, but not wanting to be a burden, trying to be open, but hating the thought of being annoying. My parents always tell me that this is a phase. Get over it because it's just being a moody teenager. Yes, because being a "Moody Teenager" is tired of breathing, tired of waking up in the morning, hating my body, hating my life, hating the way people treat me, hating the way people talk to me, wanting to hide in my room because I'm truly done with everything, being accused that my feelings are going to pass, being ignored because of my age, told to get over it. Telling someone to get over it and stop acting can be very damaging to someone's mental health. Including the youth. They wonder why teen depression and suicide rates shoot up every year, but deep down they should know why. We are tired of being ignored. I am tired of being ignored..

Your home in the woods got raided by an unknown assailant in the middle of the night, you collect your gear and move out, night vision on and rifle ready to fire. as you walk you start hearing sounds coming from somewhere in the woods, (the music u hear at the start of the vid 1:35). Then, you come across an old cabin, highly confused (as you've gone through every inch of these woods) on where it came from, you notice that the sounds you're hearing is coming from inside, yet, the assailant silently comes up behind you and holds a knife to your throat, whispering to you three certain words. "Be Not Afraid". then time stands still, for what seems like forever, the only thing you can look at is the cabin, the only thing you can hear is its beautiful sound. (4:59 at this point) You feel at peace, knowing finally that you have no more worry, there is no more pain. You feel the assailant slip away, yet, you're still stuck, unable to move, unable to speak.
