@Tom Ed, the muddy fits inside the forks without issue but you do need to modify the brackets slightly as the hole centers are different and the top mount needs offsetting too
@ Andy Copen, the headlight is a Honda cb250 Superdream and the pod is actually the original ER6 gauge pod. I cut it in half and fibreglassed it to the headlight bowl. Thx
Thanks, I didn't need to make the bungs, you can buy them from most steel stockists. I got mine off ebay for less than a fiver for the lot (plus i have spares)
@Mykhalo P.,the whole rear subframe was cut off and a new one custom fabbed. This isn't an easy or quick mod to a stock bike. Well worth the effort though :)
give me a link to your photobucket (or similar) account. I'd like to see it, I have tons of pics of my build if you run into any probs you may want solutions to!
did it sale on eBay in the end. where did you get that expiation tank from because I wont to take the side panels of and the stock one look shit even if I spray black.
I've been looking to do the same modification to remove the little fairings at the side but the coolant bottle is ugly, what did you do with yours and what did you do with the mounting points? thanks.
@Andy Evans - I removed the frame lugs before powdercoating the frame. The bottle itself is standard item with the front mounting lug cut off and all the moulding and level marks sanded off. It was then painted black to match. You can see exactly how it was done in the build thread. Thx

looks so good. lots of nice details that makes it one of a kind.
ride safe buddy
Thanks, this was definitely one of my favourite builds.
That bike looks amazing well done
Thanks, I miss it terribly!
Steven Wilson make it again ;)

Fuck m8 that's a fantastic looking 650. Nice build.
Thanks bud, I do miss this one but my next project is nearly finished now :)
Hi, its a Honda CB250 Superdream headlamp with the original gauge pod cut and grafted onto it.

@shaun e, sold the bike outside ebay to a local guy. The expansion tank is the original, I just removed the tab off the front and "de-seamed" it.
Damn bro, nice bike
Brilliant bike, did the z1000 front mud guard fit straight onto the old er6n brackets?
Ok cool, do you have any links for eBay? Unjust in the process of turning er6 into a factory fighter, it's starting to take shape now
Thanks buddy, what the best way to show you pics?
Ciao complimenti, bellissimo lavoro !
Il codone come lo hai fatto ?
Di che moto e' ?

I've added a link to my photo album in the video description if anyone wants to see the build from start to finish
Good job buddy, the bike looks really cool, how did you make the frame bungs?

Is the headlamp and console custom?? How can I get those?? wicked!
How did you switch the tail? I dislike the plain tail on stock er6n and love the pointy one you got, are they easily switchable?

how did you fit the tail end of the bike mate. i really want to fit one on my bike
There's a link (in the description) to the photo album that documents the whole build process. It's a totally custom sub-frame and took a lot of work!
nice one mate
What bike year are the zx-10r rearsets from?
G. Cozier - 2010 IIRC but they don't fit standard bolt holes anyway, I made adapter plates for them
ebay item - 221124356712
I'd like to see some pics of your build :)
