Man when I try to break it down in my hands, the stuff breaks apart into pieces like little scales. I email them and they simply said that they weren’t getting those issues. I watched yours and modern man tv’s reviews and it breaks down so smooth for you guys. Don’t know what’s up with mine but it’s unusable really since it looks like I’m adding dandruff to my hair. Sticking with my hustle and northern lights. Great vid.
Clint W thanks. Can’t offer any advice other than it might’ve been a bad jar. Happens sometimes. They should refund you, but it seems like they probably won’t. Getting a bad jar is an unfortunate risk we sometimes have to assume when making homebrew purchases. Just stick with what you like, man. No need to have 20+ products at any given time. Rotate a small collection and you’ll actually finish jars and get your full dollar value out of them.
Clint W when a clay/paste/cream product does that, try not to break it down to the point it scales or flakes up and try applying a tiny dab at a time...try to actually style it into shape off that tiny dab. O’douds first (original) matte paste formula did that on me. When i did as i advised you, it worked fine. For me, that characteristic usually translates to a drier product that works better for a loose natural look; hair not weighed down. Greasier/“wetter” products weigh my hair down, so those i designate for slicks. Sorry to ramble but that’s some of the method to the madness...hope it helps👍
Great review very helpful! How does it match up to Tropics Matte Clay? That's been my go to clay for a while now but this stuff sounds good too.

Aprolifix Blue yeah most people like firms, but for a medium at this price point, you really can’t beat it
