To make a thread cleaner use an appropriate sized bolt with a long thread and grind groves into the thread it so it looks like a tap from a tap and die set. Use a cutting disc on the grinder to make the groves narrow and enough thread is left behind.

What size piping is that?
Without tuning the fuel side your turbo with a uni chip or converting to a manual pump..
your turbo won't be doing much good.

Tapped into the alternator intake oil, what do you mean by this mate?
The 3L alternator has the vacuum pump attached to it. Oil flows into the pump and goes back to the engine.
