... well I have three comments: 1. too bad the house has hot water heating or steam heat. It makes it very difficult to air condition in the house. 2. all of these 1940s houses have 8 foot ceilings. And the basement looks to be around 7 1/2 feet. It's hard to modern the interior with ceilings like that. However as noted by another person, this house has great bones and therefore great potential 3. regrettably I have to put a thumbs down to that awful background music. Why? Why not some Vivaldi? I don't understand why real estate listings always seem to have to use this meandering mess of music in the background.
My mother's parents lived in this neighbourhood in the 1940s. Beautiful homes with the kind of interior detailing that is so restful & comfortable.
