For 1.65million that is pretty sad and depressing. Almost prison like, no natural light and even the terrace just staring at the walls yikes.

I actually really like it but it’s way too much money for what it is. Would never pay the better half of 2m for a bachelor condo

Studio loft/suite is a better term for no bedrooms, a bachelor can have a bedroom, I have one but the cats have claimed it so I have my bed in the 220sf living room and live like I'm in a studio apartment.

This is why poor people stay poor.
Where in TO do you not see old housing get knocked down and replaced with luxury high rises?
Where don’t laws get changed and poor people displaced? Greed rules. Especially this utter $h!thole of a country.
Buy this place, and in 10 years it’ll be worth 3X, surrounded by luxury apts.

The motorcycle makes it look so cheesy. if this bachelor was actually a rider he would need a bunch of maintenance equiptment and a drawer full of his riding gear. A motorcycle by itself just screams "maybe this will impress a girl"

    • @raphaeldelaghetto5343
      @raphaeldelaghetto5343 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Judgy much? Lol. You're judging a person with whom you've never spoken to, met, or seen in any form. For all you know, this man could have 20 plus years of riding under his belt. Maybe he's never even taken the written test. Maybe he's never even ridden a dirt bike when he was a kid. Maybe he was at one point a pro-am motorcycle racer. You literally don't know who this person is. Therefore, you know not a single thing about this individual. It's a weird thing to point out that if he was a rider, his or her gear would just be laying around out in the open, lol. This video is a tour for potential buyers. Of course the place is going to be spotless. Iv never once in all the home tour vids iv watched, seen the current owner or renters personnel belongings just layn around. If this person does ride motorcycles, his gear is simply in a closet, shelves, cabinets, or somware out of sight along with all their other clothes and personnel items. And at the very least, if he doesn't infact ride motorcycles. Who cares, lol. It's his home, his money, his personal taste and style. What? should we all design homes to fit your style? Would it make you happy if we all just copied you and think like you, and dress like you and act like you. What a miserable world that would be. Maybe you're right. Maybe he did style his place in a way to impress his guests. So what. What's wrong with that? No, seriously, tell me what's wrong with wanting your place to look nice for yourself and for those who you invite over. Why is it wrong to want to make your home your own and want your guests to be impressed? Especially when you're a single guy, there's absolutely nothing wrong with a little extra flexing to help with the opposite sex. He clearly has the coin to drop on a place like this and furnish it in such a way, so why not? It's his coin, after all. When you make a little coin, you can spend it anyway You want, kid. you'll learn that one day. The only thing screaming here is your immaturity. That, and that bike at 11 thousand rpm. Edit: I'm perplexed, the motorcycle bothered you enough to have to leave a comment judging this man's whole world, but the two playground swings didn't bother you at all, not even enough to at least give them an honorary mention at any point in your judgment free comment. I mean they weren't even usable in the spot they were in. Even I would say, "nice place, bro, but the swings gotta go".

You blast the guy for his opinion then you say the swings are garbage. Maybe he met the love of his life at a swing park. Maybe him and his best friend used to love swings before his friend got killed in IRAQ.
Even I would say, "nice place bro, but the shower should be wider." 😂😂😂😂😂

Someone might want to check the guest bathroom on the main floor.
You see I had treated myself to an egg salad sandwich with extra horseradish for my “elevensy” snack and it turned out to be quite rancid.
By the time of my booked viewing my stomach was fit to be tied and no knot would have been tight enough to stop the earthquake like eruption that was about to rip through my bowels as I entered the abode.
Not wanting to disturb the Sani strip across the toilet bowl I instead pulled a “top decker” wherein one removes the tank lid so that I could unleash the fiery screaming liquid party favours from the depths of my bowels.
I would like to say that my BM was well formed and could be easily scooped out but to do so would be a lie. I would also like to say that my aim was straight and concise into the tank but that too would be a lie.
Who knew that a bowel movement could set off the alarm but apparently the security system is equipped with a specialized heat sensor. An added upgrade to this home indeed.
While this home did not meet all my criteria, it did provide adequate facilities for me to, what felt like shitting out everything I have ever eaten!
    Cheers!
