A restaurant/food truck grilled cheese should be big slices of Texas toast with 2-3 different types of cheese in my opinion. I love a buttery, ooey, gooey grilled cheese toasted to perfection. I agree Dawn, hamburger buns is an odd choice.

Love cowboy beans, Dawn is funny making faces at "smoked" meat, makes everyone think its awful tasting. 😆 and her grilled cheese on bun, too funny! Burger looked great

Will you and Dawn should try Armours BBQ & Catering, 954 West Hwy 11E in New Market. Some wonderful food. Their bourbon glazed smoked ham is the best ham I’ve ever tasted. Great people too.
The box was probably for the bones . The wing's looked delicious and the sides ..I agree I like some seasoning on my burger. Good video

We've been going to the Smokies for 45 years and they have some of the best restaurants around! But this ain't one of them! You'd do far better going to Buc-ees & getting a brisket sandwich! Cheez Whiz on a hamburger bun doesn't make a grilled cheese sandwich. That looked disgusting! Burnt wings were a burnt offering! And a tasteless hamburger. A "hidden gem"? It can stay hidden! Will & Dawn were just too nice to say so.
NY here we have a place here actually called SMASH BURGER !!!!! There are quite a few of them !! Have you guys heard? lol

The ‘cowboy beans’. Is what my granny used to make. She called them Pioneer Beans. One of my go to dishes for a bbq or get together. Easy to make and soooo flavorful.

Maybe you both can do a video on a small eatery in Grainger County off Rutledge Pike in the small town of Blaine. I have seen it but have not stopped in there yet. It has burgers and breakfast too. The prices online looking very reasonable compared to others. They may have ice cream too. Thanks for sharing!

If it's smoked right, it enhances the flavor of the meat. Some folk really overdue it and use the wrong wood, wrong technique, etc. It should never overpower the taste of the meat.
Same!! My son in law just got a smoker & that’s all he does… 🤮everytime they invite us over I’m like “oh yay!!”

Loved grilled cheese also. Need to try grilled pimento cheese with a very light spinkle of diced jalapeño peppers, sooo good!
If you live in the South, pretty hard to avoid "smoked". And it can be overdone as well. Isn't a hamburger bun bread as well? Will, I've noticed no seasoning on burgers seems to be the norm any more which kind of makes all burgers taste the same. To me if they're loading the burger with tons of other stuff, that burger is just so so. To me its all about the beef.
Dawn looks like shes lost weight! Maybe if i didnt love smoked bbq I would lose some weight lol
We'll be back out in a month. Definitely won't be hitting this place but glad you tried it for us. Pottery House, Applewood Farm are our top two to hit. We need some more suggestions! Oh, we'll hit Bush's this time (for the first time) and Crockett's.

Hey Dawn n Will, we always enjoy ur videos, especially my Granddaughter. She thinks she really knows yall, lol, you should visit the highest point in Alabama which is Cheaha State Park, they have since cabins, hotel, and theyvaldo have a restaurant as well with beautiful views, they have a artifact museum that is free it's a private collection, if you do visit, there are a few waterfalls that aren't on the map, also the Bluff side cabins would be the best.

Wings looked very good , coleslaw was killer and cowboy beans can't wait to try this place . I found a little place in Knoxville that makes cowboy baked beans , some of best I have had. The smoked meatloaf sounds good , I have been doing smoked meatloaf a long time it's good . Always judge a good bbq by their sides , the beans and coleslaw . By the way good job ......

Will that burger looked incredible. Hey Will we still do have some amazing food on back roads. Next time in Georgia try Twiggs County and Gray Georgia. You wont be disappointed. Its something about that Back Road Food OMG.

They have a large menu for a food truck. But it isn’t the kind of food truck that moves from place to place.
You should check out Veradis pizza and wings. It's near the lake in Dandridge.
Dawn would like my Smash Burger. I do something like an oversized Krystal. Not smoked, with top end grounded beef.
