The terminal is usually closed from 2AM to5:15 AM for maintenance. The Tonight show had to pay to use the space during that time. They only had from 2AM-4AM to set up and record everything and clear out to allow maintenance to clean and reopen the terminal for the first train. Only other person to do that is Paul McCartney, I'm so proud of them. That space is so beautiful and the acoustics are amazing. Proud to be a New Yorker.
