Thanks to her charisma of jade and we are the winged serpents skills she can momentarily use an imitation of them, but that's it. She doesn't even have PHH Kukulcan's NP either. She doesn't even have divinity.
Not like she needs them, as she can just take advantage of her nature as an archtype to suck energy from the continent to power herself up.

They are practically the same god but with a different name: The Mayas called it Kukulcán, and the Aztecas called it Quetzalcóatl, and in other nearby parts of Mesoamerica it also had other names, and it can be related, although they may be it facets. After Tezcatlipoca's trap, Quetzalcóatl left those lands and could have reached the Maya land.
Although for all it was a creator god. We'll never know for sure

Estoy algo confundido pues se supone que kukulkan y Quetzalcoatl son el mismo solo que uno tiene mas experiencia que el otro o me equivoco??
Kukulcan y Quetzalcoatl para empezar son deidades equivalentes, solo que pertenecientes a culturas diferentes. El propio FGO lo reconoce cuando nos dice que Quetzalcoatl antes pertenecia a la cultura Maya pero luego se cambio el nombre cuando se paso a la Azteca.
Esta Kukulcan, la del LB7, la de este video, no tiene ninguna relación con Quetzalcoatl o Kukulcan de las mitologías. Apenas solo se relaciona en el nombre y eso porque los deinos por influencia de Daybit le pusieron ese nombre
