If Jack is the player and you're facing an enemy Jeanne or Tamamo, then it's going to depend on how much HP the enemy has. You'd also want to raise Jack's NP overcharge in order to enhance the anti-female damage. With a stack or two of OC, doing >100k to a class-neutral enemy female is quite easy, so it would be around half that to a female Ruler or Caster.

@@andrehashimoto8056 If Jeanne/Tamamo is the player and you're facing an enemy Jack, then Jack is probably taking them out even with the class disadvantage, thanks to the anti-female aspect of her NP. If Jack is the player and you're facing an enemy Jeanne or Tamamo, then it's going to depend on how much HP the enemy has. You'd also want to raise Jack's NP overcharge in order to enhance the anti-female damage.
With a stack or two of OC, doing >100k to a class-neutral enemy female is quite easy, so it would be around half that to a female Ruler or Caster.
But Both Jeanne and Tamamo are woman, Jack deals extra to woman
