What if the time step in my downloaded data is not 0.01? Can I still input 0.01 in Seismosignal?

From 2 horizontal Acc files which one that record for North-South component ?? thx
You can check the details of the station. When you download those file the information regarding directions are give . And it’s different in each station.
There is no sign-up button on peer. Is something wrong with the site? Do I have to be in a specific region to create an account?

How to download ground motion data for a special region.
I said in the video , most countries have earthquake station record centers, you should find the names of that station.
I mean to say, in some countries there is no station installed, and you know NGA WEST is applicable for it also . Now my question is how to clip the specific ground motion data for that region?
