      Thanks Paul! It was nice to revisit these hills after so many years. Turns out it was actually 2004 I last did them 😮 Cheers, Douglas

    These were my first few hills last year. Thinking of doing Beinn Ime again, we all have favourites and Beinn Ime is my favourite!

      Ime is a great viewpoint given it’s the tallest in the area. Definitely worth a repeat visit 😀

      @@HighlandHikers couldn't agree more. Lovely mountains and the last time I done Ime was in September last year and got treated to a small inversion which made the hike that bit more special.

    Good on you for going up the face from the car park. I went down it once and that will be the last time I use that path 😂 Nice video as ever gents.

      Thanks David. It’s a very wet path in places but still great to make it a circuit of sorts.

      @@HighlandHikers it’s a must best out of the 3 in my opinion… a short but very steep hike up went with the intention to thread the needle but once i seen it for my own eyes decided against it good luck and enjoy guys it’s a great part of this wonderful country that we live in ⛰ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

      Absolutely! Im off on Thurs, so think I might try and bike it up the way you came down…. That said, £7 for parking could be reason enough to just go to the pub - ha ha

      It’s not the cheapest unfortunately, especially when compared to other places.

    Nice video guys. I'd like to do these ones again- was there maybe 30 years ago.. and no views on the day unfortunately. Done cobbler on a different day and another grey day 😆 very accessible though

      Thank you. We use Apple Motion to make the maps. Previously used Davinci Resolve as well. Then just learning about various different ways to animate it.

    What a world where we can call in more money to our parking meter. 😂

    • @HighlandHikers
      @HighlandHikers  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      £1/hr is pretty ridiculous to be honest! Just make it £3 for a full day. Folk will pay that, and then not have to worry.
      Apparently the portaloos are a recent addition as folk were complaining about the lack of facilities given the high cost of parking. At that price I’d be expecting a proper toilet building with running water…

    You definitely need a ticket and only park in spaces available and not on grass or you will get a ticket!!
