How to make Pinch of Nom Cottage Pie from the Enjoy book

This cottage pie is so easy to make and tastes great.
This recipe is from the new ‪@pinchofnom‬ Enjoy Book as a Cottage Pie with Cheesy Cauliflower topping but we switched that out for the more traditional potato, it still tasted great and is so warming on a cold winter evening.
