  • I set out to shocking people by speaking Chinese and Japanese and they ended up shocking me back. See how international and multi-cultural Yokohama Japan is. I switch languages back and forth with the locals and they have no problem keeping up.
Below are language learning tools I have personally used for years. Direct purchases of software from these links goes to supporting this channel.

Thanks to this little camera (and the fact that most people think I’m a tourist), I’m able to get real reactions on film. The sound and video quality may be sacrificed a bit, but I think this is the only way not to make people nervous people while filming. Content is king, and I’ll keep giving you real content, though the videos aren’t exactly cinematic master pieces. It seems to me the other reaction-based language videos aren’t either. Lol

Your videos are good cuz of the content. Sure a better camera would give you a better image but I don't think it would add that much value at the moment. New cameras are not cheap! they might not be as durable or compact as a Go Pro. If you want to improve on image quality, you could try Davinci Resolve (free version) and play around with the color and sharpening settings. Works wonders for my action camera footage.

Tbh it felt kind of exaggerated, like, she speaks English, Japanese and Chinese? Like, that's cool and all, but I don't feel I'd feel like that just because of that. I speak and write fluent English and Portuguese, Advanced Spanish and pretty good French, plus JLPT N4 Japanese, and very basic Mongolian. I don't think I'd feel like that, but again, I usually don't go around talking to people in random languages lol :P

Grey Man ^ Totally, I also speak the same languages. Sure, sometimes I’ll forget a word and know it in another language but normally don’t feel the pressures of knowing which language to speak. I think it’s truly based on the social situation and the person’s personality. I also don’t normally go around talking to people in random languages. Rather, I prefer to eavesdrop and if it’s a conversation that I can be a part of, I join in.

@@flyingchimp12 because most other diseases don't 1) straight up kill you 2) don't leave you with horrible side affects that seem to be lasting for perhaps a lifetime. 3) seem to have no rhyme nor reason for how little or how badly it's gonna affect you 4) no herd immunity. Many other diseases do due to either having it and it not killing you (chicken pox) or having a vaccine for it (like whooping cough, which can kill you if you are very young, old ,or choke on your own vomit source I got a mild case (was due for a booster shot, thankfully still had some immunity hence mild case, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy omfg the moniker the 100 day cough is real.)
Basically covid affects the blood vessels, which also affects your lungs, because there's heaps of tiny (like 1 cell thick for the walls of the vessel) blood vessels in the lungs so that carbon dioxide and oxygen can be exchanged. So basically you get many, many tiny blood clots in your lungs, which means your body can't get oxygen very well, hence why people that have covid will seem fine then suddenly die, because they are essentially slowly suffocating to death.
That's why you wear the mask to reduce your chances, of getting it, especially in America which doesn't have a healthcare system (trust me on that I am not American and from an outsider's perspective it's horrific).
Mind you I'm from Australia in one of the states that hasn't had a local transmission for months so I can confirm watching how America has handled it is horrifying.

You see?! This is a perfect way to start conversation in a polite and less intrusive/ egotistic way! This video is absolutely great and it follows someone who is actually more interested in connection.
the very first part of the video in the garden, was a great example as to how simply by sincerely looking to help someone, you could inadvertently start up a conversation just because you happen to know the same language which you might be practicing. I think the message of the video is just to keep your mind open.being sincere with yourself, put you into places and paths in life, where you will meet people who will be open to your existence as well.
Thank you for the video. Wish you well.
