have you had egg on the sandwhich tables before, as either a main or a wild magic? ive been making egg sandwiches and theyve been pretty great, figuring out the perfect yolk for each sandwich frels like a minigame sometimes lol. just put it as a dealers choice option imo, so you could do boiled or fried or poached however you please. tbh you might even consider making it a spell, because it can be both a protein and a fat at adjustable perception percentage depending on what a sandwich might need. if id suggest a name for it, id call it "which came first?" :p speaking of eggs, heres a bit of a diabolic idea for easter whenupon it rolls around; my family makes an eastern european egg side dish around easter called 'egg cheese', which has an... interesting preparation. it tastes fine enough, but it's definitely unexpected, and tbh it might go decently well on a sandwich. like a colder version of a fast food egg idk idk. i should try making some and frying it, tbh, that might make it more palatable to me.
