Seeing something which probably i would not be able to do ever (many reasons), I have not even bench pressed 100 kg, pr right now is 95kg that too struggled alot. My goal is to bench 150 kg i dont know if it would be possible but sometimes it feels depressing that there is really a long way to go. Loved your content any tips would be greatly appreciated ❤
@@pu4e1 94-95kg/ 208-210 lbs. 6 feet/183 cm. Started resistance training (off-season sport training) in 2011. Mostly dumbbells, box jumps, body weight exercises. Began doing SBD in March, 2020.
@@ForseyFitness wow.. that is insane progress for under 5 years of training. Thanks for sharing. You are a tank at 94/95kg. What sport/s did you play? Did you get any coaching for SBD?
@@pu4e1 no problem. Appreciate that! I had a solid base from hockey, basketball, soccer & track + field into my teens. Stuck with D1 soccer & track + field throughout my university career. Luckily yes, my father is world renowned in powerlifting so technique, training frequency, periodization was taught to me from day one. Lucky to have him as a resource whenever needed
