    Good information. Problem with townhomes is that they all look the same, just about. The elevation is about the most boring design ever.

      There’s a huge reason for that, builders have to follow city building code guidelines. You see this layout often because it’s been approved time after time. Which allows the builder to spend less time and money on a design that might not work.
      The cost of building goes up significantly which means that the buyer will ultimately end up paying a lot more for the townhouse.
      We see this with new custom builds like park lake 10 and the Brix.
