I love Hallandale and agree with everything you mentioned. Orlando is more of a metro vibe especially with all of the new developments. Both great in their ways.

Yes, it’s around $250 per month, there isn’t a community pool. However the YMCA has a pool inside the community.

I'm sure you could always paint the interior to whatever you want. That's the benefit of owning vs renting.

They don't have a name but were built off Grant st. None of them are on market, but have sold for just under 600k. I can definitely get find you some similar townhomes in the area.

If I'm not mistaken they were the Fern Creek 10, but that isn't associated with the townhomes. There is one for sale at the moment! I can set a private tour for you if you'd like.

There’s a huge reason for that, builders have to follow city building code guidelines. You see this layout often because it’s been approved time after time. Which allows the builder to spend less time and money on a design that might not work. The cost of building goes up significantly which means that the buyer will ultimately end up paying a lot more for the townhouse. We see this with new custom builds like park lake 10 and the Brix.

That's the thing about townhomes, they are really close to one another. The community and walkability make up for it drastically though. Did you want to go check it out in person?

Thats a great observation and question. Any resale home and EVEN new construction may have underlying issues. With older homes, it's having a good due diligence period to conduct all necessary inspections that will bring to light any defects or issues that there might be. This includes electrical, plumbing, wind mitigation for the roof, structure, and WDO. To answer your first question, I think the renovated bungalows are great for those who want something thats been updated in an existing community. Especially, now that prices have gone down and there is more room for negotiations. Would definitely like to assist you finding one that fits your needs.
