Nick so when you discovered the police are so incompetent - knife wielding maniacs now regularly go on stabbing sprees - your response was to put your tongue to their boots? Could you be any more of a sycophant? It's not the job of these civil servants to harangue the public nor is it to compile the data of law abiding citizens out of their own neurotic suspicions. I was sat in a line of traffic, minding my own business, when a guy ran out of nowhere and literally tackled me off the bike, and threw me to the floor. I jumped up and he tried to tackle me again. I ripped my helmet off and was just about to twat him around the head with it, when a uniform ran around the corner and shouted to me to stop, and that the guy was CID. Apparently he'd randomly run my number plate and found that the bike was stolen (it had been, but had been recovered and legitimately sold to me). Explain to the policy officers that you are exercising your lawful right to -remain- *be* silent but under no circumstance will that be implied legally as being *acquiescence by silence (consent by silence).* Rebut all accusations(burden of proof is on the claimant), *consent can be garnished implicitly(tacitly) or explicitly(confession).* REMAINING silent will always be implied as non-denial, so therefor legally acceptance. *A often mistaken belief in consent* can mean that the defendant lacked mens rea. The standard common law test of criminal liability is expressed in the Latin phrase actus reus non facit reum nisi mens sit rea, i.e. *"the act is not culpable unless the mind is guilty"* The opposite holds true, one can be mislead into "thinking" that they have committed a crime when they have merely broken a legislated rule, conflating a civil offence into a private criminal prosecution, the only pretentious victim is the abstract state called government, a body-less corp-oration. Fitting although American: "Decency, security, and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the same rules of conduct that are commands to the citizen. In a government of laws, existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. *If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy. To declare that in the administration of the criminal law the end justifies the means - to declare that the government may commit crimes in order to secure the conviction of a private criminal - would bring terrible retribution. Against that pernicious doctrine this court should resolutely set its face.* Olmstead v. United States, 277 U.S. 438, 485, 48 S.Ct. 564, 575, 72 L.Ed. 944 (1928) (Brandeis, J., *dissenting)* “Nothing strengthens authority so much as silence.”― Leonardo da Vinci “Not only will we have to repent for the sins of bad people; but we also will have to repent for the appalling silence of good people.” ― Martin Luther King Jr. “To sin by silence, when they should protest, makes cowards of men.”― Ella Wheeler Wilcox “If I were to remain silent, I'd be guilty of complicity.” ― Albert Einstein “Violence does not necessarily take people by the throat and strangle them. Usually it demands no more than an ultimate allegiance from its subjects. They are required merely to become accomplices in its lies.”― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

944 (1928) (Brandeis, J., *dissenting)*

“If I were to remain silent, I'd be guilty of complicity.” ― Albert Einstein
“Violence does not necessarily take people by the throat and strangle them. Usually it demands no more than an ultimate allegiance from its subjects. They are required merely to become accomplices in its lies.”― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Great policing ....You have just confirmed to this kid and the people watching not to trust the police...
Clearly, this is harassment! I bet the woman copper was bullied at school!
I think she's eaten a bit of bully also...

Men who seek to become police officers often do it to feel powerful when they used to feel weak. In this case she wants to dominate men. You can imagine the powertrip this woman is on.

Her wife would agree
You mean someone married her?
Like vultures circling their chosen prey, taunting it until it reveals a weak spot. Why does the police force (and other 'security' and 'enforcement' professions) attract so many people with chips on their shoulders and indications of NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder - look it up)? Shop security, train/tram ticket inspectors, cigarette butt litter enforcers, parking attendants, PCSOs, the list goes on. Some of these people don't serve the public - they think the public serves them.

'' IM HAVING A NiCE CONVERSATION WITH YOU" more like "I'm having a forcefull conversation with you" 😂
More like I'm harrasing and bullying you because I can do anything I want I'm the police and when I'm bored I need someone to pick on
@Repeat After Me: exactly I would do the exact same
Do not talk to the police or engage them in any way .
I cannot emphasize this enough .Any deviation from
this simple principle will involve you suffering .
This has made me feel very sick. 😢 I wouldn't trust the police around my teenagers after seeing this!!!
'I'm having a nice conversation with you' .... Just because you say it doesn't make it true. Bloody hell. Nothing better to do than harass a 16 year old.
Please tell me this kid has put a claim in. If these cops can't even get a basic conversation right they shouldn't be on the street.
Only unusual behaviour is coming from the grown up adults on the bikes!
@The Griffin found the bootlicker.
@The Griffin is yet another cop troll with a phoney TH-cam account leaving multiple comments. This video has certainly rattled plod's cage.
Fucking cyclists always have zero brain cells
What a load of crap. Two police officers out on patrol encounter some young thug with an attitude problem, so naturally they start asking him some questions. He then starts being standoffish towards them and generally acting suspiciously. Does the idiot teenager in the video have any idea of how the real world works? Probably not. He's most likely learned from the left-wing popular culture that the police are evil oppressors who go around brutalising random members of the public for no reason, and that he's now a victim of "police brutality", or something...While there are bad eggs in every profession (incl. the police), for the most part police officers are brave men and women who are willing to put their lives at risk to maintain the thin blue line between civil order and criminality. In case people haven't noticed, the UK now suffers from massive levels of crime (including a stabbing epidemic). While the teen in the video probably things that being obnoxious towards the poice gives him a bit of street cred, in reality all he's doing is wasting police time. Idiot.
Exactly anywhere else in the world two strangers following around and harassing a teenager asking creepy personal questions would be considered grounds for police to investigate.
If he's a child you shouldn't be questioning him without an appropriate adult present!!!!
Tony Balm im pretty sure its fine to do so, but they cant force information out of him without an adult present or something along that line
@@lip_osu Unless the laws changed I was arrested in 1984 and taken to the police station. They put me in a cell until my father arrived then they questioned me.
@@lip_osu A lot of these so called police are a waste of space now. When I was arrested back then it was with the son of a police Sargent who happened to be on duty at another station. So they wouldn't do anything that wasn't legal. He was a proper copper though old school who could think for his self. I still have real respect for the police of that time.
I had respect for the police in the sixties and seventies but not know. No intention of being friends with them.
Chris matthews... “wouldn’t have”.
Not “wouldn’t of”.
A friend of my family had a brother who was at that time was an inspector in the drug squad, he was off duty in his brothers car getting a lift. When he was stopped by a marked car for a routine check.
When the two officers started to question him on who he was and why two scruffy looking individuals like them, were in such a car that was by their opinion too expensive for him to own. They asked for identification and he had none so they then turned to his brother as the passenger and asked “ I suppose you don’t have any identification either?” To which he replied “Oh I do indeed!” And produced his I’d card
He then told them both that he wanted to see them both on Monday morning in his office to educate them both on how to treat members of the public.
This all happened many years ago now back in the 70’s
Coppers like this in today’s world are virtually none existent which is disappointing to say the least. But boy would I liked to have been a fly on the wall on that Monday.
“A kid rocks up from nowhere” “can you see how it’s suspicious”
God forbid a human being walks down a public alleyway onto a public pavement to go somewhere.
Depends what day, time of day and how old he is. A 15 year-old on the streets at 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon would be suspicious if he should be in school.
@@herculeholmes504 16 is old enough for college mate isnt odd if he had a morning lesson and then moved to his mates for a bit before home.

@@herculeholmes504 That's some scary Place if you gotta think about this in such detail. I really was confused when i Lived in the UK why are there no kids anywhere. It looked strange. It didn't look right. Fucked up place the UK
I don't know the full context of the incident, I can only see what happened on camera, I don't know what happened before or after off-camera (and I'm not 100% sure that your name is really Catherine) but if it was the case that this happened on a Saturday, then of course the police were probably in the wrong.
Unfortunately there's no time/date in the video to prove it; maybe that's something people should start doing when they record an encounter with the police? Thinking about it, if I was in the same situation I would verbally state the date and time on camera or better still get the police officer to state the date and time so it's official.
“Those big scary criminals intimidate me, I’ll just harass this young teenager instead”
