Thanks for making your videos inclusive and easy to follow. A massive thumbs up from me and loving your content. I’m going to give this a go. Can’t wait. I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well
I made mine a little different. First, because they are sooooo good, I make a double batch. Next, I put in the cinnamon and salt to the candy sauce and I add a few drops of vanilla extract before I add the pecans back in. I also add in a little extra pecans because there is usually extra sauce after you've mixed in the pecans well. Try it.
Oh dear lord - these are RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!!! I used this technique to make pecans as you did, and I also made candied Macadamia nuts. I used Swerve Brown Sugar substitute and added a teaspoon of real vanilla extract and some liquid sucralose drops, as I don't think Swerve is quite as sweet as regular sugar. They turned out so, so very good. I had tried other recipes that required egg whites and ongoing baking and flipping in an oven, and they all totally sucked. This recipe is pure GOLD. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
Just made! So good. Used the swerve brown sugar bc it was all I had on hand and a bit more salt bc I live the salty sweet combo 🤪. So yummy. Thanks for the recipe 😘
I just made this, wow soo good and so simple. Fast to make, took me less then 10min. Thanks soo much I love how your recipes are always in small portions, so we don't over do it.
Just made these and my kitchen smells amazing! I used allulose instead of swerve and eyeballed the quantities 😅 it tastes really really good! Thank you so much! I absolutely love your channel 🤍
I made and had these for the first time for Thanksgiving yesterday. I never knew how much I needed these in my life. They are amazing! They are addicting though, I've been eating them all day today. Lol
I love making candied pecans but never made them this way. I always used 1 egg white with 2 cups of pecans then then added brown sugar swerve and cinnamon then bake them for 20 min and refrigerate after cooling down. I'm gonna try it this way to see how it works
These are fantastic - thank you for sharing. I made a couple of small modifications - I used Lakanto Golden Monkfruit sweetener because it does not include natural flavors, and I also added a splash of vanilla extract. This is a great Pecan Pie substitute :-)
I just tried the Lakanto Golden Monkfruit sweetener too because that's what I had on hand. It tastes great, but the sweetener didn't really melt like his did in the video. Was that your experience too? I'm still getting used to baking with these sugar substitutes.
Mine was more granular as well, but the ingredients in Swerve are very similar, so maybe we didn’t cook long enough....though his final product did look somewhat granular
Love Swerve!!! Tastes quite like sugar. I can’t tell difference. Everyone try it! PS: My oh my you will luv this treat! Quick recipe for a Mmmmmm treat! (I fixed them a month ago.)
WOW!!! So good! Just made these!! So quick and easy!! Thank you for the amazing recipe❤️ We just binge watched your channel and have lots of recipes we want to try!!
Made these this morning and between my wife and son picking at them I will need to make more to have any left for Xmas day. Great recipe simple quick and super tasty. Thank you sir.
Hi Joe!! Thanks for this recipe! PERFECT timing for the holidays! Your always thinking! GOD bless you and your new family. Again, great holiday item!!!😊
Just made a half recipe of this. I added a couple of droppers ofIEnglish Toffee flavored liquid stevia. I had to use a lit of willpower to stop after eating 1/2. Killer. I have quite a bit of leftover butter/ sweetener in pan. Will melt and add some walnuts.
I can’t get Swerve in this country. I have ‘Pure Via’ Stevia Leaf granules. The ingredients are: erythritol, sweetener: steviol glycosides (0.75%), natural flavourings. Would this work and would they still be Keto? The nutritional info says it’s 0 kcal per 100g but 99g carbs/0g sugar per 100g?! Thank you :)
Here in the South were pecans grow, it’s pronounced Pa-con! I’m 8th generation Texas with 13 pecan trees on my lot. Fastest way to spot northerners is the word “pecan” or use of the word “soda” for a drink. Cool recipe, though!!
How do you guys get over the taste of erithrytol? I bought some to make these and they upset my stomach! I will just have to go without sweet treats!!!
Love your recipes! But, I have to say--a pee-can in something your grandmother used to keep under the bed for those long cold winter nights!! LOL!! I'm going to make these tonight!! and use them on a nice salad!
Morning Joe.....This looks really interesting i dunno how you come up with this stuff....lol...but i will soon give it a try......Always looking for snacks right now i,m on the HighKey chocolate chip mini cookie 1 net carb....But this here looks really interesting....Well Done
These are keto crack! So addicting! I love candied pecans, I don’t need to wait for the holidays! I actually added a dash of nutmeg because I miss cinnamon rolls and now I have cinnamon roll flavored pecans!
Other than cringing every time you said "Pee-cans", this was a great video and an easy recipe. Here where I live in the South, we call them "Puh-cahns", lol.
I don't have Swerve but I have Lakanto granulated monk fruit/erythritol blend, allulose and Sukrin gold brown sugar sub. Which of these would work best? Thanks!
Feel free to make any candied nut using this technique!! Hope ya'll are having a great day :)
Can you do it using the brown sugar replacements?
Thanks for making your videos inclusive and easy to follow. A massive thumbs up from me and loving your content. I’m going to give this a go. Can’t wait. I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well
I have a lot of walnuts to use up!

Pecans - 2 cups / 250 grams
Swerve granular - 2/2 cup / 129 grams
Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp / 56 grams
Love this recipe - the easiest, best & yummiest
Thank YOU and HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🦃🍁
Shouldn't swerve be 1/2 cup?
Благодарю,а то я не знаю английский,а вы тут написали граммовку!🤤🙏🌹🌹🌹💓

I just made this, wow soo good and so simple. Fast to make, took me less then 10min. Thanks soo much I love how your recipes are always in small portions, so we don't over do it.
Another great option is to add about a tsp of cayenne pepper...Sweet and spicy!!
Love that idea :)
Does that create sweet/hot flavour of the pecans that Wendy's uses?
I was thinking about cinnamon or some nutmeg.
I made these! I'm eating it now! Yummmmbeeeeee
That was fast lol

Hi Joe. Can I use Monkfruit sugar and does it have to be unsalted butter, or can I use my Kerrigold butter?
I just tried this with monk fruit and it came out quite tasty
Try adding a little chili powder! I had sweet and spicy keto pecans here in Charleston. Holy moly!!
Made these this morning and between my wife and son picking at them I will need to make more to have any left for Xmas day. Great recipe simple quick and super tasty. Thank you sir.

I think that is still keto. Test your glucose levels before and after with like a cup of coffee or tea.. good luck
The sweet sauce went into a thin liquid after putting the nuts into it. Did I leave it on the heat too long?
What temperature do we use?
Wow! I can’t wait to try this recipe! Thanks Joe😊

Pecans are my weakness I need one of your trees 🙏🏻
In Midwest it is pronounced "Pick-Cahn". Emphasis on 2nd syllable.
This looks so delicious.. How to store them? Tq
I can’t wait to try these. Thanks Joe!
I am so happy with your recipe keep the great work up your recipes are great.👍
Dash of cayenne would be good 😊. Also I love monk fruit sugar. No aftertaste

This changed my game. Amazing. Thanks. !
Dude! Thank you so much for all your videos!
You said one serving is 1 netcarbs but you never said how much a serving size is love your recipes thanks
Somewhere he said a serving is 1/4 cup. Maybe on Instagram.
Hi Joe, definitely gonna try these, and was wondering if I am able to use the swerve confectioners sugar instead of the granularnfor the recipe? TFS
Use granulated or the sauce won’t have any texture. It’ll be more like a sticky glaze, and it’ll change everything.
Loved this!! Thanks!!
You are so welcome!
You are so good & to the point
How do you guys get over the taste of erithrytol? I bought some to make these and they upset my stomach! I will just have to go without sweet treats!!!
