Bless the people who made this possible. I want to cry with happiness for these lions, they will have freedom at last. I didn’t know wild animals could still be used in circuses, that’s despicable.
Wonderful news! No wild animals should be in circuses, no matter how well looked after they may be (and they rarely are). This is definitely the best answer for these particular animals' welfare. I hope they have long, happy lives there.
Atrocities committed by humans against wild animals like these lions. Unforgivable. I'm happy to know the lions are free now, at home already ! Well done.
Humanity should be disgusted with themselves, the way sentient beings have suffered is unforgivable. This is where our focus should be, looking after sentient beings and nature. Then everything else would follow 💜💫
As a matter of fact, where there is life, there is suffering. Those lions don't eat grass. Some philosophers have proposed to annihilate all life on Earth to end all suffering. I don't think this is a practical solution, because life will find a way. Anyway don't think we are Gods and that we are able to "look after sentient beings and nature". We are not even able to look after ourselves, and we are part of nature by the way.
Nobody should support circuses with wild animal shows and they should be monitored and regulated better when it comes to the health and welfare of domesticated animals performing on their shows. I think Germany outlawed circuses from breeding wild animals. Unfortunately they are still able to perform with the animals that they have. It's great that these lions were freed and not taken down for attacking a person, but they shouldn't been in captivity to begin with. I hate it how some people argue, how this will end circuses and their traditions. Change is inevitable and the most famous circus in the world, Circ de Soleil, has only human performers. We have a circus that comes to my town every year before Christmas and into the new year and they also have no animals at all. They seem to do fine. This is the best scenario for everyone. It's unfortunate, that it took so long, but it shows change into a better understanding what kind of responsibility we have to other beings.
Circuses with animals forced to perform should be banned everywhere in the world. How any sane person could think a caged trailer is a suitable environment for a large wild animal (or any animal) is beyond me. Let's end these circuses now. If you want stupid performing human clowns, go for it. Maybe lock them up for 23 hours in a cage and see how they like it.
@@EricaNernie I get your anger, I really do, but circuses without wild animals are not the problem. They show how it can work without taking away the freedom of the animals and putting their performance into danger. Yes, other acts are also dangerous, but you are mostly in control there. If a tiger or lion decides to attack, people are going to get hurt and the animal will probably be put down. Which is not the fault of the animal. If you don't like circuses, that's fine too. Nobody has too, but there is an huge difference between traditional ones and those that actively chose not to include wild animals. I once saw one with an rhinoceros in it's act as a child. Looking back, I now see it for what it is, but I also went to a show with just humans performing and it was crazy. I don't see anything ring with that. If they want to risk their lives and put on a show, why not? Nobody has to support it, but at least someone made a choice for themselves and were not born into captivity. And the more successful circus shows with only human performers are, the less the traditional ones get business their way. This is not enough, but the wheels are at least at motion. That doesn't mean that the public should continue to pressure their governments to act.
Thank goodness. Thanks to Joy. Born Free was a great movie telling their story. I am glad there is a foundation to help rescue these magnificent creatures

Killing animals destroying/killing livestock pets and people and property,
Habitat destruction the soy particularly palm oil industries are huge part of that,
BAD zoos I. e. Roadside zoos.
Human overpopulation!
Many animals are born in zoos/aquariums/safari parks so don't know any different.
Good zoos/aquariums/safari parks do:
Captive breeding for conservation,
Have bloodlines to prevent inbreeding,k
Education about endangered species and conservation,
Reasonably large enclosures,
Make enclosures similar to the wild,
Vet care,
Enrichment like hiding food or hanging it up a pole for an animal to jump up and catch; or putting food in balls to fall out when rolled about,
Good diets,
Rehabilitating so animals can live in the wild again,
Also some help to heal and release when there is a disaster like wildfires and oil spills.

Zoos that allow petting lion cubs etc are not good zoos.

Bless people working for a good cause. This is beautiful❤️
What a heartfelt sight for these lions ... how they seem to love the grass and smell of the air !! God bless them ! Thank you for their freedom 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Yes, they do seem to like their new home.
Well that made my soul smile. Good luck to you...cool cats!
Love that they no longer live in a cramped box. I hope they give them stimulation with different enrichments.
Made me cry. I’m glad they were saved!!
I'm happy the circus owner let them go. Right decision 👍
Very happy to see them exploring their new home. All the best to these four beautiful lions 🙏❤
I’m unhappy they didn’t fully get the “owner”
@@CPays what an evil thing to say...
Nature doesn't need any Supernatural nonsense 👆🦉
@@CPays someone says you’re ‘evil’ to say this. The evil people are the animal abusers and they deserve everything and anything they get. Abuse animals and take consequences.
I don't think he was the circus owner. They were holding them on his property than just left them there
The world needs more of these happy stories to the point there are no more to rescue
Beautiful lions 🦁 ❤

Beautiful journey, thank you for rescuing these beautiful creatures!
Beautiful this touch my heart, I love big cats they should be always free!🥰
Born free, as free as the wind blows….. 🎼 🎶
“…[F]or these free lions who are, in many ways, coming home.” That was such a poetic ending. It made my eyes water a bit.
Those beautiful girls, wonder how long before they felt happy with the grass and fresh air to romp in.They deserve better than cages and travel.Enjoy your freedom beautiful big cats.🐾👍♥️🦁
Bless the people who made this possible. I want to cry with happiness for these lions, they will have freedom at last. I didn’t know wild animals could still be used in circuses, that’s despicable.
But no zero blessings for the gay or lesbian wildlife community right 😔
Animals deserve so much better than they get from most humans. Thankfully there are also people with a heart.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS 🦁🐾💫⭐️🧡
Thank you for saving this regal animal who deserves a better life.
Wonderful news! No wild animals should be in circuses, no matter how well looked after they may be (and they rarely are). This is definitely the best answer for these particular animals' welfare. I hope they have long, happy lives there.
I agree with you completely!!
Enjoy precious lions. Thanks to all that made this happen
Atrocities committed by humans against wild animals like these lions. Unforgivable. I'm happy to know the lions are free now, at home already ! Well done.
Watching this video just filled my heart with joy. Freedom at last!!!
All animals should be free from cages. You can make a difference and not buy caged eggs when you purchase your next shop.
Thank God for every human that made this possible.
GOD BLESS THEM
GOD IS THE CREATOR THE ANIMALS
I AM VERY HAPPY
THE LIONS ARE FREE♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Brasil 🇧🇷
Freedom…thank you..I hope they live the rest of their lives in peace and safety
The lion at 1:16 doesnt look in good shape. Hopefully makes a full recovery. Glad such news and efforts make up for some positivity of life
What a heart warming story!..Now free inspite of not being "born free"
Humanity should be disgusted with themselves, the way sentient beings have suffered is unforgivable. This is where our focus should be, looking after sentient beings and nature. Then everything else would follow 💜💫
True. Well said
trouble is so many people will go to circus's?? dont know why ? they should all be banned.
Welcome home!
Thank God these stunning lions finally can feel grass beneath their paws and the sun on their backs.
Don't thank God, thank the Born free foundation. And if you are feeling particularly generous, give them money.
Which God Zeus?
Oh, thank God he was rescued. I'm so glad he will finally be happy...
Poor things. Anyone that goes to these circuses are heartless morons, devoid of any empathy. I'm so glad they're free now.
Thanks lovely angels for rescued from cruelty. God bless you all.
So happy they are free. Beautiful ❤️
THANK YOU FOR SETTING THEM FREE GOD BLESS YOU 🙏
Heart warming story!
That's a lovely sanctuary. I wish all captive lions could live so well. Bless the Born Free Foundation and their work.🤗🦁💖
