What puts me off is the sound quality from their microphones. It is the 21st century and we are supposed to have clear audio, yet it is obviously low-bitrate, and there are no high frequences, and it sounds robotic. Look, this is a BBC show, and even they cannot show a video with good audio. As an English tutor I get surprised every time when people pay hundreds of dollars for their lessons and cannot buy a decent microphone. Another problem is terrible delay usually caused by their Wi-Fi, in addition to the distance between us. Please, do not give me dislikes if you are one of those people who have bad ears and cannot understand the importance of good audio.
If you listen to the actual recordings from VR Church it sounds MUCH nicer than this. I think the issue here was it was less of a direct feed. I honestly think it's the equipment form the BBC weirdly enough, which is insane. Like that is some of the poorest quality audio I have heard in awhile, almost like it's Mono Sound being put through Speaker Sound. You'd think something as Big Budget as BBC would have something at least decent for record...
This will NOT be the future of the church. The REAL saints are evangelizing on the streets and sharing the gospel, and obeying God's word with fear and trembling. Not hiding behind stupid goggles.
@@asdfghjkl3003 I see potential with this, but I also have some questions. How do we know this person is actually a pastor? If you make a commitment to God, who is making the commitment (you or your avatar)? How can authentic community exist if we're hiding behind avatars? I think it's too early to process the implications of this.
@@MCVPhotography The Holy Spirit will guide you into knowing whether it's real or not, trust His voice and His guidance! For those thinking it's blasphemy or evil, it is not! It's a church worshiping God and calling out to Jesus, no evil wants to stay where Jesus is worshiped and invited, have some trust in His power and protection.. God is not confined to a physical church and a building only, His power can reach outside as well you know? I'm one of the people who cannot go to physical churches due to my autism and this is a solution for me and many other people to still be a part of a community worshiping God and our Savior Jesus Christ. People are evangelizing on the digital streets now as well and sharing the gospel in the digital world to reach those people too. How else will His light and love reach these people?
I'm an Atheist who hangs around these folks, have a great deal of respect for Pastor Soto and the VR Church meta verse. Everyone is welcome! Don't worry about anyone trying to convert you, it's been almost two years of me hanging out with these folks and no one has made me feel bad about being an Atheist or has asked me to stop being atheist. They just love and accept people.

TRUTH!!!!! this is blasphemy!!! Satan is working his best to deceive all, the deaf dumb and blind!!! Read the KJV Holy Bible!!!
hail satan, hail satan, hail satan, hail VR
I see nothing wrong with this. People are leaving church. This would be a great way to get more believers.

If you don’t feel convicted to give your life to Christ and lay down your old life, you are not at a real church.
