Shot a marketing conference last year and the main challange was not falling asleep 5 mins into each panel, haha. You might already know this (and it's not mission-critical when you're shooting a conference-style event), but around the 4:25 mark - as far as picture quality goes you'd be better off not punching in x2 via Clear Image Zoom and instead switching from FF to S35 crop, then topping it up with smaller nudge of maybe x1.4 depending on focal length you're at.
