FYI..... Your knowledge of "The Law" is minimal. A Chief Judge CAN make policy which is a legally binding policy inside a State or county courthouse. They can arrest you and the judge will hold you on a "contempt order". Either way you would go to jail. It's exactly like FEDERAL courthouses. Why don't you go "Audit" a federal courthouse. After all it is a "public building". Secondly.....If you were a legal scholar.... you would know these officers were NOT "officers".... they were "Sheriff's DEPUTIES".... You can't record in a courthouse without the judge's permission. This is the rule in both the federal and state judicial systems. Judge's rules have the effect of law. If you violate them, you are in contempt and subject to being summarily jailed. This is in keeping iwth the constitution since we have an independent judiciary in the US. Also, you can be trespassed out if you violate the judge's rules. Yes, you can be trespassed out if you violate policy in ANY government agency. The officers can use reasonable force to remove you. And this might involve some touching. All perfectly legal. Judges and other public officials can limit First Amendment rights if necessary for the proper operation and use of a public building.
