For anyone playing this game that may be wondering why you're not getting the Graphics Mode option in settings, I think I found the solution. When you're on the console, make sure you load up the version of the game labeled GTA Online (which will have the X/S logo in the bottom left corner of the box art) and then choose Story Mode from there when it asks what game version you want to play (between Online and Story Mode). Then you'll get Story Mode with the Graphics Mode options for Fidelity or Performance Mode.

I have not yet been able to play it is still downloading but from what I have seen both in X/S series the performance is almost as stable as the fps in both consoles what does vary is in the quality mode. But the Ray Tracing thing was a joke of the taste Jjjjj.

X/S version, you do have to buy the optimized version though even if you had the old gta5 for xbox one.
