There is no need for carbon plate shoes unless you are running at sub 7 min/mile pace. If you want a great shoe for a wider foot, buy the Asics Novablast 3. If your feet are a normal width, buy the Saucony Endorphin Speed 2 or 3
Yep common problem with alphafly’s, I ended up ripping out insole and replacing with slightly wider one, from a hoka shoe which fixed the issue you had. I run with saucony endorphin pro 3s on race days now, and had no issues
New Balance Super Comp Elite and the SC Trainers are amazing. Give them a try! The trainers are amazing for long distance. I used them for my last half marathon. My legs felt great afterwards.
enjoyed the family confrontation 👍 I guess if they are not wide enough they are not wide enough , need to make Sure can return ...?? I got vaporfly for short distance , would think of alpohfly for long-distance or 5 other possibilities
Well I was thinking of going to a Hoka or Nike but after this idk 😂 right now I’m in the Brooks Ghost they have been great but it’s time for some new ones I might just go back with Brooks Ghost what are y’all going to try next?
