Well performed, but the thing I noticed (because I don't do it well) was how well you kept time. No rushing and very even throughout the entire tune. Impressive.
I have some big flamed wild cherry trees on my property, maybe a mandolin in one of them. That Adirondack top and Cherry made a great sounding mandolin!
Great playing -- one of the cleanest and clearest versions of Jerusalem Ridge I've heard -- I will probably use it to learn the tune. As to the instrument, I prefer a "woodier" sound, but this is a very nice mandolin. As certain woods get harder to obtain at affordable prices, it is nice to see luthiers experimenting with non-traditional woods. Martin makes a nice cherry guitar -- their SWDGT.
I hear a real miner buzz coming from the forth strings. Could be mic buzz.. Not sure.. Could be my imagination. Fantastic work there! I could only hope to become half that good.

Very unique mandolin. Never heard one like it. Excellent picking! I keep this is my favorites and watch a couple times a week!
Beautiful guitar and some real tasty licks, mate.
Thanks for uploading!
Amazing playing 😮
Wondering why cherry isn't used more in mandolin making? The tone is wonderful in that instrument.
Very nice, clean and clear. I been looking for a solid version on solo Mando that I can study this piece with. Thank you 🙌
Fantastic work
Fantastic.
Great picking! And a great sounding mando.
This guy is a beast! Great player!

Best mid-range and treble I've ever heard on a mandolin. Killer sound! Find a way to darken that bass a tiny bit and achieve mandolin nirvana.
Wow! Fantastic tone... and... well played!

Great version of JR! What was the second tune?. Not sure the cherry makes a big difference in the tone compared to maple though.
Ho Ho Ho!!
Brilliant!
