Maybe you can check out any mountain bike trails in the forests nearby for somewhere too bash ?
Depending on the trail they usually have smaller jumps and ramps with an cleaner path on the side & sometimes goes together or not far from the trail.
Well still a car that breaks the first bash ^^ At least we know ^^
It's possible some one is taking their time building a track and they're slowly bringing in more dirt to make jumps, but not gotten around to packing it yet.
It seems too be a failed project that ended in like 2011 actually when researching this a bit a few private people took care of it but eventually it just stopped being taken care of & now its being slowly demolished.

Looks like a fun place for my summit.
I had a Redcat Volcano EPX and constantly had issues with the driveshaft. This RC does look pretty cool, but my initial experience wasn't great. I was looking at the details in the link you provided, and the stock servo seems pretty robust for an RTR (15KG), so it has that going for it. The servos I've had from Arrma have been 6KG or 7KG (Typhon 3s and Granite 3s).

I don't think kid just came in with a bulldozer and moved dirt around maybe there was a water problem and they are getting ready for your fair maybe don't just assume that it was kids doing damage

I've been following the saga of this RC. I want to love it, and I have been debating buying it. But the money is just not right. Redcat is good, but fragile. I had a Piranha. Loved it. Donated it to my local B&M as a hangar queen because it started wanting too much repair money. I'm sad the government blocked y'all's great new stomping ground.

It's a shame they spoiled the bashing site for you, I still enjoyed watching the video though I prefer this place then the hill climb. I really hope you guys manage to find another hood hard bashing place you enjoy going to though.. That's the issue I have, I have plenty of fields to fly at or drive the trucks on but no where for a true hard bash, well one that's never packed with either skaters or bikers anyway.. I betcha there are many viewers that would love a place like that near their home. My Dad, who lived through the Great Depression, would often say to me when he caught me whining... "Son, you're crying with a loaf of bread under your arm." So... Abby and Nate, with respect to your whining about the track, you're crying with a loaf of bread under your arm.
Yeah, we do understand that we are lucky to live near this spot as it is really cool. However we have broken something every single time weve come here (except one time) and arent in the business of wasting our Patrons money on parts to fix things that could have been avoided. Plus, this really isnt all that close to our home. About a 35 minute drive one way. It's okay, we love bashing at our hill spot and have plans to make bashing there even more fun 👍⚓😃

It's a bummer about the track,it was near perfect. Though seems to me ya'll got some Construction Equipment🏗🏗🏗 sitting at home that could help smooth out some rough spots. 🚜🚜.🤔🤔☺☺. Though I admit it might take some time.😂😂😁😁😉😉. Do like the buggy hope the fix is easy. ⚓⚓👍👍💥💖⚓⚓.

Hey that is okay my friend, we do not like to destroy our RCs at all. This will be the last time we go to this spot. It is very rough on our trucks, and the truck driving up the tree was a fluke. We didnt expect it to break. Plans to fix anything and everything that has broken 😉👍⚓😃

AGREED. After my banggood experience with my first rc purchase of the PoS wltoys 10428 ill never buy from them again. Redcat american dist. From here on out! On that note for my second ever rc purchase im going for the 6th scale shredder straight up 👍🤘🤙💪. Btw have you ran the shredder an whats your thoughts? And Thanks for the vids...i had bought that 10428 cause was 150$ and was not sure how into hobby i would be so i went cheap with my first and im regretting not dishing out a extra hundy on a redcat 10th scale but its all good i plan to dish like 80 bucks into it for internal upgrades later on so its not a total waste...cause basically withing just the 3 weeks ive owned it just bout everything has busted and i dont even beat on the thang lol, but now i know i love the hobby so ill happily spend alittle more now for something bigger an better 😎. Also plan to grab one of those petro buggies down the road Specifically a rovan 29c for round 600ish. Have u ran petros and whats your thoughts on those?
Well thats a shame of what has happened there..Hope you find another spot ..But on the bright side I got home yesterday after a weekend break, and in my mail was some RC Saylor stickers :-) But thats not enough for me I need more..lol.. I am waiting till my Fimi A3 to turn up. and thats where the stickers are going
I thought it was a good video. It shows how capable and durable the truck is. Sure it's a bummer about the location. A couple of good rains and those piles will be much smoother.
You said in another video people were following you two around to your locations. Call your parks and rec dept and ask if they could accommodate you and your ship mates. 😉
It's obviously a motocross track. The stupid piles of dirt are for motorcycles to jump off. I keep yelling Abby's turn when Nate lands upside down.

I don't have anything against discounthobbyz.com (good RC site) but I don't know of any place you can buy this RC and it not be supporting US. Redcat is located in AZ. But pick your seller. Hobbytown? = Lincoln, NE | Amain? = California | Horizon? = Champaign, Illinois. I don't think China sites like GearBest or Bangood sell this truck. So in a way, if you buy it from wherever, you're supporting local to my knowledge.

I really didn’t like this place at the beginning. Way to ruff. If you want to break something take it there. I really like that truck though. Very thought about making a small track in the backyard? You guys rock.
Yeah we werent loving it either, for that fact. Way too rough. Surprisingly though a Ton of people were loving it, as like a proving grounds for RCs to see if they were tough enough to handle it. I'm happy we wont be breaking as many parts 👍⚓😃

I’ll bet the new dirt was just left to reshape the track. It looks like it gets limited use. You should bring shovels and just reshape some small stuff. I used to have to do that when I rode BMX. It was just part of the game. If it’s a fairground, you should also look into the maintenance plan and see if maybe you or a local RC group could put together some programs for RC hobbyists to come together for events there. Looks more like an opportunity situation to me.
You may be right and I hope you are. We really liked this spot, just looks like they intentionally placed the dirt piles in place to keep bikes and things off the course. We should stop by and see how the track is doing now!

I really like this buggy. I’m glad to see you guys doing a quality rc. Some of the toy grade stuff on here lately has been hard to watch. lol I know everything you review can’t be hobby grade or high end. But a few items have been 😏 lately. Js Good video tho guys! 🙌🏼
Oh and btw. Would love to see some more warbird rc plane videos. Or even maybe some FPV racing drones, like an Emax or Arris. Just a suggestion.

Seriously though it was pretty borderline when you first ran that track and now it is just beyond reason to keep using it. I'm really surprised that the Camo survived as long as it did given the terrain which is a testament to its durability :)

Great video Saylors!!! I still love that bashing area, maybe just wait and see what happens in the near future. Can you ask the Fairgrounds what their plans are for that area? Usually places like that are excited to share ideas with the public!
Great rock racer, it took quite a beating. I will just bet that they messed up that area because of insurance reasons to discourage people from using it, because they are paralyzed by fear someone might skin their knee there.

understand could use few more smooth straightaways for bashing. looks perfect to me for the camo and crawler action though, i would bring a rake to smooth it out a little here an there. i still enjoyed the vid. guys thanks
