Hi again, its been a while. Hope all is well. I have a question that has nothing to do with this content and hope it’s ok😅. As you know I dream of building a house in Ghana and hopefully soon. My dream is to build a house on a hillside with view of the city. I am wondering if you can advise which areas in Accra is best for that and perhaps advise on companies that can help with purchasing land?. I have through research found Aburi to be hillside land but the prices are unreasonable. I am originally from Kumasi and have understanding that purchasing land in Accra is very difficult. I am grateful for any advice I get.

I agree Aburi has gotten quite expensive now. I have seen some properties on hillsides when I am travelling around but I would have to ask the names of these areas... I recently saw hillside properties near krokobite where one of the footballers has built a house but I believe this area is also expensive now for the reason. You can contact @ghanabound (I am sure you have heard of them) They are registered to assist you in land acquisition, building a property and much more... also, they are great people.
