The biggest issue with building in Ghana it everything is at your own cost so the builders often donas they please so always best to try to stick with "good old faithful" My builders had to hire a concrete mixer but it comes with their own operators. I bought black dye and I told them to use 2 cups of dye to keep the concrete colour the same. They stuck with what I wanted. 3/4 of the way through the saw 8 would have a lot of dye left so they decided that they could use twice the amount of dye.. so they decided that I wanted a chess board. My builders work was great... the operaters did what they felt like doing.

I'm real sad, What have these guys done for you. What a mess the landing should be as bridge over the tiles and then the stairs can be placed. My advice stop the work and let the contractor take a good at the situation, and correct it as it should be.

High patience based on your videos of the paving slabs I am in the middle of doing mine. I would love to send you pics of mine I am please of what I have done, based in Kasoa. My builders have been outstanding and done it to the standard I would expect in the UK. If you give me contact details I will send you what I have done. I have. I have added steel mesh to it as it makes it stronger and less likely to crack under stress. Thanks for your videos I have been watching you from day 1.

So please, what you do with the water that has been sitting in the poly tank for 6 months+? The pipe is off, of course, but i dont want to shower with old water. Last time, i had the tank washed it was orange inside from sand(?) 😮 The workers laughed because at least it wasnt green inside 🤢 So please can i use it in the pool with chlorine, or should i empty it into the drain?

I am with you PATIENCE.... these guys should have taken the time out to sort out the tiles properly when they saw it was different shades. It bothers my eyes, but if it is the same tiles, why is the color off like this? Are these Ghana made tiles or something?

It looks very wonderful, loving those paving slabs, would love the costings 🎉 Don't worry, my bathroom was like that because some of the tile boxes were wet because of where they were stored at the shop, but they are dried out now and are the same colour.

Its looking so good Patience. The tiles look terrific- the sunken seating area looks sleek. The colour range actually looks considered and beautifully designed. It gives the space depth. My only thought is for the tile surface- it wont be too slippy once its wet from the pool?

Hi and whats the plan with your pool? Looks like you have suspended work on it. I think you need an open shower also by the pool for people to wash off before getting in.

9:05 but these are professionals and they need to be able to quickly alert you immediately for any wrong color shades because this still comes back to the quality of thier work. Looks like people are just working for money instead of taking pride in thier jobs. Please if you aren't available desist from leaving them alone to carry on work as you are the best person to spot anything and quality control. This is some of the poor attitudes of our local craftsmen. Not easy at all. How can they spot different shades of colours in tiles and use that instead of letting you know to quickly contact the supplier. These mistakes happen usually at the warehouse, they supposed to check the product codes and labels to make sure they are matching, others do it delibrately if they don't have the quantities you require but try to shift in a slightly similar shade of colour on to the customer. Best to inspect them upon delivery.

Hi, this is the exact drain your pool needs and they should have done one for you as this was omitted. I wonder how they expect you ti drain the water, unless using an external pump to empty which is a poor design.
