Great video; I'm going to check out that chainsaw link you provided. Those things really work best as a one-person tool. You loop it around the branch or whatever, hold an end in each hand, and start sawing. You can apply more pressure that way, and there's less chance of slippage so you can get the job done faster. Also it's way harder to cut yourself with one of these than if using a conventional saw, and a lot easier to carry around. Great for those who like bushcrafting adventures, or, like you said, if a small tree or large branch is blocking the road. Thanks for that link.

The Tempe thermometer device only broadcasts to the watch approximately every minute. When you access the widget, the delay in temperature reading is dependent on the Tempe next broadcast. No temperature reading will be shown until then; the watch did not lose the connection. In my experience, it could take up to 2 minutes for a reading after widget access .
As a side note: please have Nick use a monopod. The micro wobbles, in the vlog, is noticeable.

ok lets add some light to this story, lol, when you pulled out the old cutting board and compared it to the new one, the old board said really? as for the pocket chain saw, nope, a trusty fine file and a axe and machette will work better, the tempeh or whatever it is called, your body know better or your mind does, cold is cold and warm is warm, our summers i stay in the ac, about 109 degrees every summer, not camping in that crap, winter or fall is more my style. as for the light? no, thats a waste of time, maybe the kids if you have some can play with it, i dont have to even see the pillow lol but i will watch the rest because i love your vids, nothing beats two or three of your favorite pillows from home.

    1. Do you like your small camping chair as used in this video? If so would you share the link?
    2. Why not use a small bedroom pillow? Genuinely curious, I started using an older small bedroom pillow for my car camping, maybe I need to look into a camping specific pillow?

Yes I love my camping chair! I'm planning to put it in this year's gift guide! It's the Big Agnes Skyline chair. I also have the Big Agnes Mica Basin camp chair and love that one too. It's just a little bigger. I sometimes use an extra bedroom pillow camping. That totally works! I've forgotten it before, so now I just keep a smaller camping specific pillow with my sleeping bag, so I always have one.

Whenever I replace my bed pillow with a new one (every 5 or 6 years) because it’s lost some of its loft, then I relegate the old one to camping use. Then the even older ‘camping’ pillow is passed down to the dog as an extra spot to snooze.

Hi sweety I liked and subed, great stuff but your cutting board is lacking either bring a low walled bus pan perfect amount of space for veggie/food work outdoors with no risk of contamination or a much larger cutting board. And you need to upgrade your hankie to lint free micro fiber hand towels 30 for a few bucks at sams club (comes in colors) they are big enough and absorbent enough to handle any job and soft enough to make your nose feel like a pampered princess. And they make small hand saws that will fly thru that log if you were serious
