I'm not a vegetarian but I struggle with PCOS and was advised to start eating a lot more veggies and little to no meat apart from chicken and fish sometimes. It's been hard switching off of having a meat as protein every meal, but this video definitely gave me a lot of inspiration. Your vibes are also so cozy and your filming was great!!! I love your what I eat in a week as a vegetarian, because I can't find youtube chanels that make videos like this and that are vegetarian, 99,9% are vegan, and I am flexitarian but 98% vegetarian 😁😅 I eat fish maybe once a month, and meat once or twice a year, but eat some like cured meat products, anyways, my lunches are always vegetarian and I struggle to find good vegetarian youtube chanels, so I am glad I found yours!
