I really appreciate the fact that you understand why Chloe doesn't believe who Lucifer is. A lot of people who react to Lucifer get irritated at Chloe for not believing Lucifer, but I can only imagine how they would react if someone in their lives claimed to be someone different like that (especially if they didn't have the luxury of getting to see everything happen as we, the audience, do. Plus, Chloe has been around actors and movies all her life, so she's especially aware that how things look can be manipulated very easily to seem real when they're not.

Lucifer is fascinated with Chloe not only becasue she is inmune to his charms, but he finds her fascinating becasue her strong will for justice and truth, and as Lucifer has already said at the begining of this episode he hates liars, that 's why he only tells the truth, no matter the others believe him or not. In hell, we can guess, he saw only the worst of humanity, so maybe this is one of the reasons he is so fascinated with Chloe, besides she is a beautiful woman which only makes him be attracted more. It's quite funny to see the devil doing theraphy and paying it with sex.
Just for clarity, Chloe and Dan are only separated, not divorced. Lucifer's interest in Chloe due to her strong will intrigues him to the point of obsession. He just can't let it go she's immune to his charms/powers. This show is only going to get better as it continues.
