Maybe that's why a person I know built a three storey house in an area not allowed, got so many notices stuck on his door, but never replied. He himself is a lawyer. Misuse of instruments is one of the major things keeping us away from 'real' development.

I was having an IT business, one day I received legal notice from cybercrime cell from different state. They called me and threatened me to come to Cybercrime cell otherwise they will arrest me, they have also sent me a notice via email. I cooperated with them, but they were so rude, they used so many bad languages, harassed me for 2 days, and then released me as they had no proof against me. They don’t understand anything about technology and become Investing Officers, lol Indian police.

Court, Judges and Lawyers are most useless things.
We should remove these courts. No common man ever got justice in courts.
Hiring a goonda to do justice is cheaper and faster.
Some goondas even make police back out.

Last night, on September 24, 2023, around 8:30 pm, my bike ran out of petrol. I decided to fill it up, but the petrol pump was in the opposite direction, so I ended wrong way so do all do . While I was riding, a man suddenly decided to cross the road just as I was behind him, and we had an accident. Thankfully, I wasn't hit by any cars, as they usually drive at high speeds, but I did sustain some injuries. I explained to the person that his sudden crossing almost caused a fatal accident, and now I have medical expenses of around 300 to 400 rupees. However, instead of taking responsibility, he brought his boss, who started blaming me. In that moment, I suggested that their boy take an oath to prove it wasn't his fault, and I would let the matter go. The person stayed silent because he knew his own stupidity caused the accident, implying that it was indeed his fault. Meanwhile, his boss offered me only 100 rupees instead of taking me to the hospital and promised to in the morning. I insisted that it wasn't my fault and they should pay the full amount. Then, his boss threatened to take me to the police station. Considering my condition and the potential costs involved and time , I decided to let them go. By the way, I'm currently having difficulty walking, but I hope to recover in a few weeks. Can you provide any advice on what I should do?
Correction: he said that 100rs I will pay in morning.
You are at fault here because he will take the ground that I was crossing the road which is only one way and you came all of sudden from the wrong side and all of this mess happened because of you not him (No matter the reason wrong side is wrong you should have refilled the petrol prior)
You yourself said you took the wrong way. You are at fault here, no matter how stupid that person was or how severe your injuries are.
Why were you going wrong way , clearly you're at fault I wouldn't have given you even 1 rupee

Wrong. Personally I have seen issues, where the a harmless court summon reached after the actual date of hearing which later turned into bailable warrant and then into non-bailable warrant.
This is so wrong. I meant the judge's judgement.
Coz of this kitne cases saalo saalo chal rahe hai, resources waste ho rahe hai, bas victim aur accused ke lawyers paisa banna rahe hai, aur kisi ka kuch bhala nahi ho raha hai, aur phir hum kehte hai justice delay ho raha hai. Kuch toh alternative ho na chahia iss cheez ka.

Sir jab main 18 saal ka tha actually idea charged mein 4200 rs for calling cuba..which I never did.i just paid 4000rs after 3 days I did get new bill of 4200..so I never paid that bill , they increase my amount 17000 I never replied any court letter. Until I 2024 didn't care about this bullshit notice from local courts.
Another side of this. I remembered there was a case in which notice was sent on WHATSAPP & the opponent saw it. It was a marker with dubbed blue tick in which he was found guilty 😅😅😅

Sabse important, never give details to your legal advisor about the details of the legal notice sender, just ask him to do his job , read the fucking paper and answer it duly, and the. You should yourself do rest of the work like printing it, mailing it
